If I could give 0 star I would. These people are thieves and it’s disgusting what they are doing. Ordered flowers for a sick colleague for next day delivery. Flowers never arrived. Phone number died not work and they don’t respond to emails. How could you? You don’t know what people go through to put money together. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My son wasted money from his savings jar just to buy me flowers for mother's day, this company not only charged him extra to deliver early, they then delivered LATE AND WRONG FLOWERS. MY POOR LITTLE BOY IS HEARTBROKEN. CALLED THEM AND ONCE THEY HAVE STOLEN YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE. DIDNT EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT OR REFUND AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL SCAM ARTISTS. WILL BE TAKING THIS TO TRADING STANDARDS, JUSTICE MUST BE DONE.

Truly awful experience , ordered flowers yesterday for the same day delivery ! Order number 29992, no answer , phone is out of service! What am I supposed to do in this situation ?!?!

I would give less than 1 star if it were possible. To start the item arrived and looked nothing like what was ordered. Some of the flowers were already soft and petals falling off as we cut the stems to put into water. No flower food was provided despite the bouquet costing £60?! The flowers arrived on a Tuesday and by the weekend most were already dead, some even mouldy! I have tried sending multiple emails to complain (and even messaged via Instagram and Twitter), but received no answer. I tried calling the customer service number, but it is not in service, which suggests a scam company. Poor quality flowers and non-existent customer service. Please do not waste your money! I just wished my fiance had read the reviews before wasting his money via this scam company!

My experience with Handy Flowers was incredibly disappointing. The bouquet I received was not only damaged but also significantly smaller than what was advertised. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns through emails, the company chose to ignore my complaints, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their lack of accountability and customer service. I would strongly advise against using Handy Flowers for any floral needs.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my cousin’s birthday on February 15th and February 16th. My account has bee charged. The flowers has not been delivered. The tracking says not delivered. They won’t respond via email. Unable reach them by phone +44 20 34009 3030. Says number is out of service. Confirmation number 29779. Seems like this is a scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers to be on 14 February I paid £80 for the flowers and £5 for guaranteed delivery on 14 February,they delivered next day 17:30 their phone is fake number is not ringing, and the flowers is completely different from what we ordered in Tesco with £10 are more beautiful than their flowers, stay away from this company they are thief’s

I ordered flowers for the 14th February and they did not arrive , i tried to contact but it’s impossible, the track your order is useless.

Ordered flowers yesterday, paid £15 for them to be delivered before midday. Coming up to 6pm now and still no delivery. When I emailed them they first said they are contacting the courier. Then I chased them up again and they said the florist have confirmed that they are out for delivery but cannot confirm a time. I told them to forget the delivery and refund the £65 I paid them. Since I asked that, not a single response.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering.I ordered flowers from overseas for a relative in London. They were to be delivered on 13 Jan. I tried tracking with the number they gave, I have text, called, emailed and tried messaging on FB. No contact from any of the numbers they supplied.

Ordered flowers on 15th Jan, and were delivered on the 17th as requested. Looked through their site and picked what we thought would be a nice bunch. The flowers that were delivered were horrible. We could have went to the local supermarket and got better. Now refuse to answer phone, not in service, or any emails. Giving a 1 star as you can't get any lower. Place is a complete rip-off

Took our money, never delivered, phone not in service, didn’t reply to emails.

Placed an order for a large bouquet of flowers, a balloon and a card, and whilst the company said they delivered it, the recipient was at home all day and never received it. We have tried calling and emailing the company to no avail.

My order on 22 December has not been actioned, let alone delivered. Like everyone else, it’s impossible to contact these shysters. Fortunately Mastercard reversed the charge

I ordered from what I thought was a business called Florist Cowley, when the payment was taken the confirmation came from Handy Flowers. I would never have used this firm if I had known they had a link to Handy Flowers due to past problems. I immediately cancelled the order with both Cowley's and Handy Flowers by email and by message on the website and requested a refund. I asked that they do not deliver and that I had now ordered from else where and the person who the flowers were for is ill and I don't want to double up on flowers. I ordered at 11.44am and cancelled at 11.58am as soon as I saw Handy Flowers were involved. they still took the payment after 11.58am.

I have been ignored. They farmed out the flowers and got another florist who delivered the cancelled flowers. The florist did a wonderful job but it was not what I had ordered on the cancelled order. The colour was wrong the balloon did not say what it was supposed to and the card was wrong. The flowers were half the size I had ordered and paid for. Worse than that the person they were for is now knee deep in flowers with nowhere to put them.
All the phone 3 numbers on Florist Cowley and Handy Flowers say this number is not in service. They do answer messages or emails. When checked on Goole Maps the address of the florist shop did not show a shop at all, it was a random house while the tag showed a shop front. Handy Flowers now still has my money and I have had enough so will be contacting T Standards and the financial ombudsman to investigate them.

Avoid this company if you can and but it is hard when they are hiding behind other names. They have just caught me for the second time because they were using a fake shop front site. I am horrified I have been caught twice. How do you defend yourself when they are hiding like this.

This company cancelled an order made by my elderly parents, said they would refund the money, but they have not refunded the money and have not responded to any emails. This company appears to be a scam. The order number is #29177

Handy Flowers emailed nearly two hours after the funeral had started to say they could not deliver the wreath. Considering I had ordered it a week before I find this completely unprofessional. They have never responded to my emails and have not refunded the money for the flowers.

Ordered on 8 May 2023 for European Mother's Day. 9 May received message that they are refurbishing their warehouse & will provide a refund. Aftre 5 weeks, still no refund. Have emailed company 2x. Their contact telephone is disconnected. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Ordered flowers for a bereaved family, received an email straight away about how they are refurbishing their warehouse and issuing a refund. 11 days later no refund , no response to my email and no number to contact them on. Honestly I think they are a scam DO NOT order from them
