Their DVRS (wisenet) are the worse in the world. Their phone app is useless as well. I can not find another word to describe. My DVR is only a few months old and I have been having problems nothing but problems. My installer advised me not to buy but I thought they are part of Samsung so must be good. They do not support the end user but only installer which is not good. I have just bought Hikvision DVR because I tried 50 times to login so I could see my petrol station but damn thing kept on going round and round but wouldn't login.
Terrible, terrible and terrible. Please do not waste money by purchasing Wisenet DVR or NVR. You will regret it big time.
