Great service quality products at a good price thank you

I visited the Swansea store and Cross Hands. The service I received was second to none. The sales people weren’t pushy but were very helpful when I asked. I purchased mirrored wardrobes, which are stunning quality. Delivered quickly and I also paid for them to be built. Excellent service and I will be back again in the near future, thank you Happy Home Team, excellent local business.

I wrote the review enclosed below in square brackets and whoever responded on behalf of the company told untruths and alleged that I called the staff a racist. You will need to provide evidence of that communication or I will initiate a claim for defamation.
I maintain that your company deliberately delayed picking up and changing the defective recliner. We raised this with your store within 24 hours of delivery to our home and you deliberately stalled and now are claiming that the item has been with us for 4 months and only warrants repairs. I maintain that your customer service is terrible.
You do not want me to place all correspondence on this matter on social media to prove how a business like yours treats clients terribly.

[We purchased a three seater recliner and observed under 24 hours that it was defective. To date, there have been 4 call outs. Rather than replace or refund the cost of the recliner, the Llansamlet Store has been stalling and refusing to do the needful.
A very bad experience and we will be claiming for a full refund!]

Sofa purchased 9 weeks ago has a big dent in cushion!
The manager says it is natural !
I can see a dog hair on the sofa maybe the dog has caused it !
Arrogant rude and not customer friendly !

Most garbage customer service I have ever experienced in my life, charged an old lady £120 for cancelling an order that was placed on her behalf whilst she was in hospital, then when returned to store to get a refund of the money spent they recharged the amount in stead of refunding it, avoid at all costs. if zero stars was an option i would have selected that.

Staff really helpful and freindly, good product choice with a non pressure sales environment. All in all a very happy shopper.

Purchased on Tuesday and Delivered on Friday Am as promised. Service from start to finish was excellent and would definitely be returning for further purchase when I need furniture for my home.

Excellent Customer service, sales agent Phil was polite and no pressure sale, explained about delivery times and whether I required finance or pay by cash. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Called at DS furniture yesterday to browse and ended up with a new tv unit, sofa and chair. Steve and Phillip are really friendly and easy to deal with. Very surprised with the selection of furniture on offer and all very reasonably priced. Will be back in the future. Moira and Viv

Always bought everything needed for my home from Happy Home and never had a problem. Everything I have bought has been of excellent quality and prices are second to none. I would never shop anywhere else and recommend to my family and friends. Staff are always happy to help and you are made to feel welcome and important. Everything is explained with expertise of the item.
I hope that happy home will be around for a very long time as I would be so sad if they were not. Whenever I need anything this is where I go and will always continue to go for a lovely selection on what I need . Thankyou happy home and thier staff for my latest sale of a new wardrobe . We visited Happy Homes and DS Furniture on Saturday 20th July. The staff at both stores were friendly and helpful whilst giving you enough space to browse. Not finding what we were looking for in Happy Homes we then went into DS, where again we were able to browse, when we asked for assistance this was readily given and the relevant advice freely given. I am pleased to say we were able to choose a beautiful suit which we are looking forward to being delivered.

Easy to order in showroom, helpful staff with reasonable prices thanks to Ceri for his help and order came in 2 weeks with quick delivery would definitely come again
