Odbiór z lotniska do hotelu poprawnie choć minivan był w opłakanym stanie. Problemy się zaczęły przy podróży powrotnej. Pomimo ustalonego online terminu i miejsca, samochód nie przyjechał. Po kilku telefonach i korespondencji tekstowej dowiedzieliśmy się że są jakieś problemy. Oczywiście nic z tych tłumaczeń nie było prawdą a jedynym problemem jest brak organizacji pracy podwykonawców. Po 1,5h czekania już dogadywaliśmy taksówkę na lotnisko ( oczywiście za koszmarnie wysoką cenę jak wyczuł taksówkarz że jesteśmy w potrzebie) ale samochód nadjechał. Na ostatnią chwilę zdążyliśmy na lotnisko.

I was surprised that my ride was a nice black SUV as I didn't order a black car. The driver couldn't speak much English, but he did understand when I asked if he could stop at a Pharmicia along the way. He was very accommodating to stop for us and I was able to get several of the medications I needed there. The drivers was very professional and drove safely. My only issue was how much the cost of shuttles to the resorts were. This was with every shuttle service. They are price gouging tourists. I was willing to take shared shuttle as in the past, but I was told they didn't have any more and we go 1- 2 times a year. So Im not sure if that was a misunderstanding or they did get rid of shared shuttles.

We've been using Happy Shuttle for years. And have always had great service and always prompt.The drivers are friendly and bring our ice cold beers!!

We waited with 2 young kids over an hour and 45 min. This was around Christmas time so was very busy. The attendant kept laughing and shaking his head. Kept making excuses

Great experience with Happy Shuttle. We only waited at the airport for about ten minutes and then we were on the road. My wife likes to talk, and our driver was more than accommodating lol. We had about an hour and a half drive past Playa. Our driver also knew a lot about the area. Our return trip was just as awesome

Easy to book online. They customized our shuttle for 12 people, provided drinks, (extra cost, but worth it to start our vacation) and we found them somewhat easily at the airport. A little bit of a wait (20 minutes) to board the shuttle van, but the service was great, the driver was friendly and the pickup at the end of our stay was prompt. No issues at all. I will definitely use them next time I go to Cancun!

Always use these guys when I need a shuttle. Fair pricing, clean vans, always on time, great communication, and they take pets. Start your vacation stress free. Avoid the hassles at the Cancun airport.

Happy Shuttle is consistently reasonably priced, polite, and reliable. They went above and beyond this trip as my son left his headphones in the van on the way to the resort. Happy Shuttle stayed in contact with me and the driver delivered them to me on our return trip. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Satisfied repeat customer.

Driver arrived early and was very nice and friendly. He gave us recommendations on attractions in the area’ We scheduled round trip transfer and both trips were great. Would highly recommend their service to anyone and very reasonable pricing.

Happy Shuttle provided good service for my party of four to travel from Cancun airport to the ferry port for our five-day stay in Isla Mujeres. The online booking service was very easy to use and I received prompt answers to all my questions. Happy Shuttle also booked our ferry tickets, which was a huge worry to be able to smoothly connect from the airport to the ferry and back to the airport to catch our flight home. Jorge Salinas picked us up at the ferry port on our return to the airport and was prompt, personable and fun to meet. My recommendation is to book your transfers quickly after you book your flights. The original price I was quoted went up more than $25 because I waited to book closer to our arrival date. We were coordinating travel schedules from three different originating airports so it took longer than expected to settle on our arrival times. Other than that, I plan to book with Happy Shuttle on my next trip to Cancun.

Brilliant. helpful and efficient in booking and information. In the bedlam of arriving they were easy to find, professional and timely. Great service, great value. Highly recommend.

We still had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to drive us to our destination even after booking a private ride. Driver was super sweet and kind .?

We have used Happy Shuttle a few times on trips to Cancun and have found the process easy. The shuttle has always been on time and the driver has been professional and courteous. We highly recommend using Happy Shuttle instead of using one of those services where you have to stop at multiple hotels.

Been using the service for many trips. Always a problem getting picked up at the airport. With having to wait for a shuttle to come get you. They know the flight number and arrival time, but fail to pick up folks in a timely manner. The other issue is the drop off to the airport. Always way too early. Leaving you to wait multiple hours for your flight back. Time that could had been spent still at the resort. No need to be at the airport three hours ahead of your flight.
With all that, they are clean, reliable and courteous. These Spanish speaking race car drivers have always been my go to.

This was an atrocious and highly unhappy experience. It took well over an hour for my wife and to get picked up despite booking in advance. No one could give us any indication what the delay was for or when it would be resolved. I think we would have been better off taking a taxi and it probably would have cost less as well.

We visit Cancun/Isla Mujeres at least 2 times a year and EVERY TIME we do, we use Happy Shuttle for our transportation needs, and EVERY TIME we have an amazing experience. The driver's are always polite and very attentive, the vehicles are always clean with cold AC, and the ride is always a joy! I would recommend Happy Shuttle to everyone and we are customers for life!!!

Used Happy Shuttle Cancun for our family trip over spring break in March and they were great. Super reliable, on time, and even reached out to me before I had a chance to call when my flight to Cancun was canceled and I needed to reschedule. We booked round‑trip to and from the airport and both rides were smooth and stress free. Would definitely use them again.
