Great service - professional, on-time, safe transportation to and from the airport.

They are not reliable and should not be counted on for return transport. While we had a great experience with Happy Shuttle from the airport, for our return trip, they just didn't show up to pick us up and when we tried to contact them for assistance, they took a long time to respond and offered no alternatives. We had to pay extra to another service and almost missed our flight since they had taken so long to respond. I would strongly recommend an alternative.

Easy to find at the airport. Very friendly and helpful. Driver was friendly and quick. Return pickup was on time and very helpful. Will definitely use again on ou next trip to Mexico.

I had a wonderful experience using Happy Shuttle again for my trip from Cancun to Playa de Carmen. The drivers were fantastic, and there were no issues throughout the journey. I highly recommend Happy Shuttle for their excellent customer service and reliable transportation.

Prompt service , timely and professional

This was the first time we have used Happy Cancun. The service was good, though we had to wait longer than we normally do. It would be great if the booking option, had the Garden Lobby of Royal Sands as an option as there was a mix-up where to pick us up for the transfer to another hotel. Overall it was a good experience. Drivers were kind and professional.

La experiencia con la compañía fue buena, la coordinación y puntualidad también. Solo me hubiese gustado que los choferes que te transportan fuesen más simpáticos, en el camino al hotel igual que de regreso al aeropuerto todo fue silencio, no nos hablaron nada ni siquiera una conversación a cerca de su propio país, de su cultura, de qué lugares visitar en fin nada. Creo que en ese sentido el recibimiento de parte de ellos debería mejorar.

We booked Happy Shuttle in January for our family trip, and we are so glad we did. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We were notified well in advance about where the driver would meet us, which made the arrival process easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured that we did not have to wait for our shuttle. Once on board, the driver was welcoming and attentive, and even had some cold beers available for us. It was a great way to start our family vacation.

The ride was comfortable, the shuttle was spotless, and the air conditioning was a huge plus in the Cancun heat. On our return trip, the shuttle arrived right on time, and our driver shared interesting information about the history of Cancun. We really enjoyed learning more about the area during the ride.

Happy Shuttle is always on time and a flawless ride to and from our destination. Clean vehicles, great A/C, and super friendly drivers. We use them on every trip to Cancun.

Happy shuttle was on time, safe and reliable. The only issue was I pre-ordered beer and waters, and they did not have them, the driver had to stop at a store to get it. No problem though.
For departure we scheduled a 9am pick up, and they were there at 8:55am, which gives you peace of mind.

We have used this company twice over the last 5 years and will be using them again this September. Very friendly, prompt and courteous as well very informative about the area.

Repeat customer. They are easy to find at the airport, the contracted drivers are safe drivers with clean vehicles.
On return, they arrive on time for pick up and get you back in time.

Excellent communication. Had a small wait at Cancun airport but once our shuttle arrived the trip to resort was fine. The return was excellent. Driver arrived timely in a very clean and cool van. Excellent service. I don’t hesitate to recommend.
