Was all good and on time. However the driver on our return trip to the airport was too aggressive and followed way too close. I finally asked him to slow down and back off because he was scaring me. To his credit, he slowed down and backed off and we had a pleasant drive.

Once we found the Happy Shuttle Representative they were very friendly and informative. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. During that time the Representative reserved our return arrangements. The driver was friendly and got us to our destination quickly and safely. Our return driver arrived to pick us up 10 minutes early and was also friendly.
We had a great experience using HappyShuttle and would definitely use them again. After you come out of Cancun airport there are people everywhere trying to get you to use their ride service and it was nice knowing we had everything prearranged with a reputable service provider.
The price was very reasonable and competitive. Great experience overall.

Wonderful round trip private service! Happy shuttle was easy to find at the airport and our driver was friendly and talked about the areas we were passing on our way to the resort. It was like a mini tour! For our return our driver showed up on time and was wonderfully friendly and again gave us a mini tour back to the airport. I highly recommended this company. We will definitely use them again when we return to Cancun. Thank you Happy Shuttle for making our transfers stress free!

Although our Isla Mujeres catamaran excursion was ultimately canceled due to weather, I still wanted to recognize the team at Happy Cancun Tours for their professionalism and communication throughout the process.

Travel plans don't always go as expected, and weather is something no one can control. What matters is how a company handles those situations, and the Happy Cancun team was courteous, responsive, and helpful when we reached out regarding our reservation.

One suggestion I would offer is the addition of QR code tipping options for guides, drivers, and excursion staff. Many travelers rely heavily on credit cards while on vacation and may not always have enough cash available when they receive exceptional service. During our stay in Cancun, we encountered so many wonderful hospitality professionals and often wished we had a way to tip electronically when we ran out of cash. A secure QR code option would be convenient for guests and would help ensure staff members receive the recognition they deserve.

Even though we were unable to experience the excursion itself, we appreciate the team's professionalism and commitment to customer service. We look forward to booking another adventure on a future trip to Cancun.

Friendly, quick, easy to find, helpful, all the things.

The line at Happy Shuttle was super long and after waiting 20 minutes nobody could tell us how much longer the wait would be! We visited Cancun in February of 2026 and there was road construction holding everything up. We were told the next shuttle was already full and our wait could be an hour more!! We ended up taking a taxi at a high rate just so we could get to our resort.

We have used Happy Shuttles exclusively for ourselves and our family members for five years now! We travel to Mexico 3 to 4 times a year and we are always treated like we are family! They are there when they say they will be and that takes the stress out of returning to the airport! Even if we had free transportation, I would still opt for Happy Shuttles!

We’ve used Happy Shuttle 4 times in Cancun and would highly recommend it. Always on time and very reliable and the drivers are so nice!

Once we get our shuttle, everything goes well. Its getting it, that is a challenge. Every time we take the shuttle from the airport (and we have done it many times), even though we requested a private van, it takes almost 30 minutes to even get a van. For the price of a private van, that does not seem like a good value. Last time also, we were almost scolded for bypassing the front line, and just making our way to the actual van area instead. It is next to impossible to FIND Happy Shuttle Cancun in the area right outside the doors because it is so crowded, and we are claustrophobic. Maybe you should allow text checkin when people have their bags.

Happy Shuttle provided excellent service they were on time, professional and friendly! I felt safe in their care and would use them again on my next visit and recommend to friends.

A group of four booked Happy Shuttle and was picked up by on May 16 by Israel. He was prompt, curtious, full of information and vehicle was spotless. We were delivered in about 25 minutes to Iberostar Paraiso del Mar. Our return driver was Ivan on May 23 and he also had the above qualities. First class service! The price was right and we will use Happy Shuttle from now on!

Tardaron menos de 10 minutos en aeropuerto, además el precio, fue muy buena oferta.
Y además que todos pudimos viajar juntos, otras empresas de traslado nos querían dividir.
