Happy Shuttle was waiting on time. The driver was very polite and respectful. He drove to the hotel without any incident. He even offered water bottles.
Thank you for your good customer service. We will definitely use your ground transportation again. Price is very reasonable. Keep up your good service.

Very disappointed with the service! The airport had a luggage issue & our driver left us without attempting contact, as noted. When we finally got in touch with someone on the phone, they told us it would be an hour - because there were no drivers in the area. We found the on-site person, they made us wait 30-mins. We had booked 3 months in advance!!

WE HAVE USED HAPPY SHUTTLE CANCUN ON SEVERAL VISITS TO CANCUN AND ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE IS COMPARISON TO OTHER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, THE VEHICLES ARE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE DRIVERS ARE PROFESSIONAL.

Our drivers were friendly and showed up on time. Definitely worth it to avoid the chaos of getting a taxi.

This was the second year we have used Happy Shuttle and I would highly recommend them. Very friendly, reliable and clean newer vehicles.

3. This service is dependable. We used this company a few times. Our vacation package deal (BJ’s Travel) included round trip transportation, but that transportation was less than adequate on several occasions (over an hour wait one time at airport wasting valuable time away from resort, another time they were a no show).
4. I can only hope that BJ’s Travel will start using Happy Shuttle Cancun as part of their vacation packages.

Many trips taken with Happy Shuttle, and always top notch! Drivers are fantastic, vans are clean, and care is taken from the moment you exit the airport!

I’m from the United States and traveled to Riviera Maya with my husband and 2 small kids. Happy Shuttle was so accommodating and really went above and beyond to make us comfortable, especially traveling with a 2 year old. Both drivers were amazing and so friendly! I was so happy they were bilingual so we could talk to them about Mexico :)

The price was competitive. They were professional. Booking process was easy. We booked private round-trip transportation so that we would go straight to our hotel without stops at other resorts. I don't recall our driver's name on the first ride but we had Mario on our ride from the resort to the airport. He was AWESOME!!! I wouldn't hesitate to use Happy Shuttle again on our next trip to Mexico!

Nothing but 5 stars for this company. They were very punctual. Everyone we encountered from the moment we walked out the airport to the moment they dropped us back off at the end of our trip was friendly and welcoming! Coming back in a few weeks we will definitely be using them again!!

Super fast and friendly. I booked several rides same day for different guests flying in st different times and they were able to quickly accommodate us and were timely upon our arrival.

When we go to MX we only use Happy Shuttle. They are reliable always, and their staff and drivers are very friendly and helpful. I like that I can book online ahead and have water and sometimes beer waiting in the van, which is very comfortable. I will not use anyone else for our transport in MX.

First time using Happy Shuttle in Cancun Mexico and we were very happy. Punctual, driver very helpful & polite, vehicle was super clean & comfortable. Would definitely recommend & use again on future trips.

We had a one-way private ride to our resort in the Riviera Maya. It was very easy to find the check-in spot outside of the airport doors. They greeted us warmly and told us which number to walk to. The second check-in to double check that it was us was standing under the number and directing the drivers and the riders on which van to get into. The vans were clean and cool from the AC. Drivers were friendly and drove safely to our destination. 10/10 would recommend happy shuttle for a safe journey!

As it always is at the Cancun airport, Finding any of the Transfer company personel can be a little daunting. Once we found them, they moved us very quickly to a waiting area, and had to wait Maybe 10 Minutes, and we were off to our Resort. We use to use Amstar, but Happy Shuttle comes in at a FAIR PRICE. Can't go wrong!!!!

We wanted to have as much time as possible our last day at the resort, not waiting at the airport for hours, so we declined our package transport and booked with Happy Shuttle. It was so easy, the shuttle arrived on time as promised and safely took us to Cancun airport. We also had a flight time change and were able to change our pick up time without any problems. Great service, easy booking, and fair prices, will definitely use again.

5 stars! They were there even though our flight landed a little early. Fantastic experience. We will use them every year when we return to Mexico.
