This was our most successful move to date, the team headed by Miles Lewis and Thomas Bridle were exceptional. We have the next phase of the move coming up, I have no doubts as to the success of that one when it happens also.

The team worked really hard over 5 days to move a lot of furniture. Everyone was friendly and Greg did a great job by keeping me in the loop with progress and timings.

I sent them a email because they saw this here they asked me to send a email to them but got no reply back it show what they are they saw this review and they asked me to email them I did but no reply back they are useless customer service it shows it they damaged my American Frigefreezer my young sons ottoman bed frame sent them photos still no reply don’t trust them at all still no reply

Worst service ever they don't seem like professional, they put bottles if water into my electric goods.Also one guy was totally depressed and weird I didn't know if he even work for them he was just in my flat didn't say hi I'm harrow and green.One guy packed my rudck sack with medication ,and my only shoes to walk in couldn't walk in the shoes he gave me was in pain.They don't listen seems like amateurs stressful service run while you can I've never come accross this rubbish services dangerous service before

This is the third time we have used Harrow Green to help us relocate our office. Excellent service once again, thank you.

Rubbish service by this removal team who moved everything back to our house. The 2 clowns who were moving everything kept complaining about how heavy everything is. Dont work for a moving company if you cant pick anything up without complaining! So much furniture was damaged and things in storage dont work anymore. No response from them at all.

When my units were returned in August 2025, Sideboard had been damaged in storage the driver acknowledged the damage and reported, after many ignored emails still no acceptable offer of compensation or an apology has been made.

The team arrived early and just got straight on with the job. They were courteous and careful of protecting the building and safely moved the items through the department.

Excellent organisation, very helpful. Guys were very pleasant, no problems experienced at all. Punctual, went above and beyond to help.

I highly recommend Restore Harrow Green. From the initial conversation, through the days leading up to the move, and on the moving day itself, their professionalism was exceptional. They communicated clearly, provided reassurance, and ensured everything was well-organized, making the entire experience seamless.

Moving can be incredibly stressful, but once the movers arrived—right on time—we felt completely at ease, knowing everything was being handled with care and efficiency. They worked swiftly yet carefully, taking great care with all our belongings. We were so relaxed that we even sat down for a bite to eat while the truck was being expertly packed. Their attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that everything was secured properly for transport.

Despite needing to box up additional items and make two trips, everything from arrival to delivery was completed in just under four hours. Their efficiency and coordination were remarkable, ensuring the move stayed on track without feeling rushed.

Once everything was loaded, we traveled to our new home, where the team meticulously placed our items in a way that made unpacking effortless. They didn’t just drop things off—they thoughtfully arranged them to minimize hassle. Additionally, we had a few items, such as our TV, that we weren’t sure how to wrap, but their team quickly took care of it, ensuring everything was protected.

Super helpful neighbour company.

I had a delivery of three pallets' worth of equipment to a research laboratory in London, and not a lot of notice to get it all booked in. Restore swiftly sorted out our quotes and the whole team was brilliant in keeping us updated.
The three members of staff that delivered the kit worked at lightning speed to unpack all boxes, carefully place the items on the worktops and then removed all packaging and pallets back into the truck in just over an hour.

I recommend Restore to handle any laboratory deliveries/moves as clearly the team are confident in dealing with this type of sensitive kit. I also look forward to get in touch for any future deliveries.

Had a few pieces of equipment for disposal, it was a very quick and easy process. Both of the movers were excellent.
