Harrow Green Birmingham is a weird place to work, regular drug use on shifts including the drivers! The office team watch you through cameras installed in all the vehicles even if you’re unsuspecting. ALLEGEDLY there is rumours about audio recording. This just shows a clear lack of trust between the workers and management. Why would you hire people you can not trust or haven’t screened? Maybe it’s just to get the use out of working people pay them peanuts all whilst looking down at them like a bunch of peons. The individual who is in charge of booking workers in seems to get off on the thought of controlling how long people get to work and when they get booked in, it’s as if he sees himself as some sort of overlord. I’ve only worked a couple months in total and I’m barely scraping the surface. That being said I do enjoy the nature of the job, feeling like you’ve worked hard and meeting friendly clients. there are also some really great guys here it’s a real shame the place is run backwards.

This was such a happy experience for me. I was fretting about moving books from London to Cambridge and Harrow Green just took the problem away, solved it, and now it's all done. No fuss, a very personal service (from Lynn) and an efficient and really cheerful and friendly moving team. Could not be more pleased. Wish all my logistical problems were this easy to solve!

Great workers, Great team always helpful and punctual. they have done a lot of work for us and some time they have done extra works and didn't even worry about the cost

Said to contact them to resolve the issue of me being let go for no reason and nothing has been done I have so many secrets i would like to share about harrow and the staff I will be doing it in parts

Great Customer Service, reliable and great teamwork

Dave came to assess the contents of my home and garden and was friendly. Packing boxes and newsprint paper were given to me. Four days later the team of removal men arrived in 2 Luton vans. The guys were highly personable, individual characters, which made all the difference. I will probably remember them for a long time. Moving was an extremely stressful event for me so I count myself as lucky to have had this experience.

Harrow Green are simply excellent.

Their customer services department is spot on, being able to answer any question or deal with any issue.

Use them, they are the best.

The drivers were excellent: they moved the equipment to our lab in the upper floor, unpacked it, and took all the packaging materials with them, and always acted in the most professional, careful, and helpful way.

Restore Harrow Green always provide a great service on the day and when arranging before hand. The onsite operatives always work quickly, efficiently and with good cheer. The staff in the office are always able to accommodate my requests and even if there are last minute changes are happy to help.

Very easy and friendly process. Nice admin staff who arranged the move and were very flexible when we needed to move things around. Great team on the ground too who had been doing it for years and knew exactly what needed doing.

Team of 4 were superb polite and fast , also a big thanks to Tina on the phone for organising a fast move under a stressful time. Can't recommend enough thanks!!

I am extremely impressed with the service received from Restore Harrow Green. Our project had significant delays multiple times, which where accommodated for with no questions asked. There was a slight mistake with a safe we needed to move, I hadn't detailed the size or weight of the safe, which meant specialist equipment had to be purchased to facilitate relocation. Restore Harrow Green took it upon them selves to facilitate the safe relocation at no extra cost.

Customer support is second to none, happy to recommend and use their services again.

We used Harrow Green recently on an 800 desk office site clearance. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were reliable, tidy, careful, and very professional. They were accommodating of our needs and were managed very well. Even when we had additional requirements, they were very flexible and managed to deliver everything we requested. The two Steve's (Steve Reynolds & Steve Huggins) were organised and managed the teams excellently. I will be using their services again.

5 Star service from Danny and his crew. They moved our office in Cambridge with zero problem. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from initial contact to job completion. Danny was very helpful in arranging the boxes / the dates and checking in to make sure all was running smoothly. The movers who attended were all very polite, courteous and friendly and worked non-stop until everything was done. Will definitely recommend Restore for moving and storage.

Recently Restore helped the Society of Genealogists with some major removals and storage of collections. They took the time to understand our needs and provide advice about heritage storage and support all through the process. The packing and moving team were amazing - fast and helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
