Bought a Tilley hat. After less than 4 mont the fabric on the brim loosened from the inside seam. (I have a similar hat for 4 years with no problems). Hatsandcaps/Willagehats repeatedly refused my warranty claim due to the hat being more than 3 month. I explained that I am entitled to a repair og new hat according the British legislation.
But they still refused to honor any warranty.

Cannot rate higher than five stars but would if I could. Great product, great service, genuine people.
Definitely the "go-to" company.

I have found their customer service very good. They responded quickly, I received correspondence from 'real people' and I am happy to still be using and recommending Village Hats.

I have been buying hats from hatsandcaps for some time and I have found them to be excellent quality and service. Never had a problem and I get comments from people about how good their hats look.

Faulty, missold product which they refused to refund despite photos of issue and clear fault. Zero integrity

A hat I purchased developed a minor fault. Although it was not covered by warranty Hatsandcaps immediately offered to replace it FOC and did so within 36 hours.

I wanted a specific hat and it was the color and I wanted it unopened and in mint condition and without even asking. Gaspari sent me a photo of the photo he went above and beyond and out of his way and I live in America and they sent the hat all the way from Great Britain to America and it got here in about 3 days total and I just have to say it's exactly what I ordered Aunt. They are very professional and they go above and beyond and they are very easy to deal with and it was an easy process. Place the order. I definitely would recommend and I will be ordering from them again. Thank you!!!

Hat arrived quickly, super fit (L) really love it and looks great

My Village Hat sun hat (Sunday Afternoons Hat - Sol Seeker, Blue, M) arrived as scheduled and has a lovely weight and feel to it, and it fits my 57cm head brilliantly.I also thought the packaging was very good - neat and substantial to protect the product. I shall certainly recommend you to friends and visit your store again should I need another hat in the future.
