Have purchased a number of hats for both my wife & I over the last two or three years. Quality & pricing always good but above all, the customer service is excellent.

I ordered a hat on Monday explaining that I needed it for a gift later in the week. It was packed and despatched on that Monday and arrived early the next day! I am delighted with the standard of customer care, and also very pleased with the hat.

Easy ordering, quick delivery. The hat was well packaged and in a nice box. The Fedora hat is a great fit and nice style, bought for gardening in the heat ready for next summer. Thank you so much!

Delighted with order. Second Failsworth Hats Henley Showerproof Sun Hat I have ordered. Have ordered caps before but global warming plus the fact due to chemotherapy I needed extra protection in sun. It's really smart, comfortable, and cool in heat.

So ordered a hat from Village Hats, tried the hat on wasn't really sure mulled over it for a few weeks and decided to send it back it had been a right few weeks, but had absolutely no hassle at all on the return, all professionally done and for that I am really appreciative.

Great hat, good quality and price and amazing customers service. I had to exchange for a different size and they handled everything really quickly and efficiently.

The courier did not let me know they had tried to deliver, twice, so I chased a missing visor with the company and got a really helpful email complete with the tracking info I had missed. I failed to go and get the parcel from the delivery office in time to stop it being returned to them so I rang them and they were extremely helpful and concerned. The visor arrived the next day anyway (nearly a month after the order) but I was so reassured by their support. Great visor by Patagonia.

Have only just discovered this company. I wanted a specific type of hat, yet didn't know what it actually was. I sent them an enquiry, which resulted in an immediate response. They told me exactly what my type of required hat was, and provided convenient links for me to see the selection available within my category. The range was huge, and after making my purchase, (which included free delivery), my hat arrived in no time at all. On opening, I was delighted with the product, and it is exactly what I wanted. I have stored the web page for future reference. An excellent company that gets the highest rating from me!

This is a company that cares about their product and their customers. Anything that's come up over the 10 or so years that I've been buying from them, they're always there to do the necessary work and resolve it. Their packaging is perfect for hats and they also have a warehouse in EU to ship to EU customers without going through customs. I doubt there's a better hat store out there in UK and EU (tried very many), so a 5 star rating here is only fair.

I received a very well packaged hat today.
The hat is a replacement for one I lost years ago. I regret not replacing it sooner as the quality of the hat is superb. I purchased a Scala sunhat.
