So far I have had good experience with Hawes and Co. Ben and Mawara are really lovely and professional. Today was Mawara’s first day on the job and she showed me around the property very professionally and was very polite. Would definitely recommend.

Strong service from Marcus and John at the Wimbledon branch, in what was a painfully long transaction - due to multiple parties and some difficult negotiations across various stakeholders. Professional and knowledgeable; would use again.

Excellent service from Sarah at the Surbiton Branch, communication and efficiency were excellent throughout and we exchanged very quickly.

Great at supporting us through the process of purchasing our house. Whole thing was smooth.

The lettings team in Hawes & Co, Surbiton are great and totally engaged with the rental market, happy with service given from first email through move-in process and afterwards - special mention for Sara in the team.

John Cooper and Hawes & Co really earned their fee on our sale (and I cannot say that of many agents I’ve dealt with). They proactively drove the first sale which alas fell through in the cladding crisis. Drove the second sale once everything was fixed and it was great to see an agent chasing both sets of solicitors until completion. I would highly recommend !

A refreshing experience. We all know the property market is crazy at the moment. However Sara Cornish and the lettings team in Surbiton were absolutely brilliant. Flexible viewings, minimal stress and quick answers from the landlord all orchestrated by Sara.
I’m now in a lovely premium flat at a reasonable price. Oh she didn’t try to rinse me on the rent either! A good deal. Would definitely use again.

Hawes & Co Surbiton have managed the rentals on our properties for over 30 years and they have never disappointed us. They are extremely professional, always helpful and very efficient in everything they do. In the last few months Miranda Verschoyle has helped us sell a property which was a very complicated procedure but she handled it with patience and professionalism and helped us through what could have been a very stressful time. We will continue to work with them for many years to come.

I cannot rate Hawes Estate Agents in Wimbledon highly enough.
Once the property went on the market it sold very quickly. Hawes kept the momentum of the sale going and it completed with two months. Remarkable considering Christmas fell within this time frame.

The team at Hawes & Co Surbiton were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the buying cycle. The purchasing was a bit on the complicated side and dragged (nothing to do with Hawes & Co!), but they continually chased solicitors and the seller wherever needed to keep things progressing and get us to completion.
