Ms. Tracy Bowler (Goodfellows/Hawes & Co Raynes Park) again I find myself no less than 4 years writing about your professionalism. Following what I can only add as a disastrous rental through you and your colleague where you tried to bully, coerce and force me to landscape a garden to meet a tenant (who failed to pay his rent following your advice), I am back again highlighting you MS. Bowler. Not more than one week past your colleague visiting me to assess, advise and undertake the marketing of a property for rent, being assured this is your busiest period and you had a whopping December rental market. Taking his advice, we agreed to put it on the market as per his advice. Yesterday, you phoned me failing to announce yourself, when pressed for your surname, the lights went on! Your line of communication opening with would I reconsider the type of renter, lower the price based upon the market being particularly slow at the moment, in complete contrast to your managers advice? Knowing how you operate MS. Bowler and the sharp practice you use to undermine your clients I put you straight, at no time would we work with someone of such little integrity and dishonesty. Collecting my keys from your office today, your cowardice is noted, you cannot look a client in the eye as you have so much to hide. A SERVICE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS WORTHY is TARED BY YOUR EMPLOYMENT AND CONTINUED EFFORTS TO MISLEAD PEOPLE.

We put our property on sale with Hawes & Co (Surbiton branch) as we had previous dealings with them. We had originally purchased our property through them and choose them because of all the times we dealt with them, they were very professional and the advice given was excellent and now 8 years later for the sale of our property, this time was no different. I also forgot to mention that Hawes & Co were always responsive to our queries and never had to wait too long for replies. Throughout the sales process, Amir and Richard from Hawes & Co always kept us up to date and when the first two sales broke down and the third was looking it might go the same way, a quick call to Richard had put all our fears to rest and the sale was finally completed 8 months later, phew.

Selling somewhere is always stressful. This one pushed me to the limits, but the Surbiton team were always helpful, mediating between me and the buyers and finding another buyer quickly when the first one dropped out. Particular thanks goes to Richard Wellington who, towards the end of the process, went above and beyond.

I would also recommend the lettings department, which handled everything very well for the two years I had the property let out.

Damian Anderson of Hawes & Co Raynes Park was in charge of selling our property. He made a monumental effort and put in a lot of legwork in what was a long and drawn out process (due to issues further down our chain). Hawes & Co in Wimbledon managed the sale of a property we had been renting out in Wimbledon. From the start, they were great at communicating around planned viewings and in providing feedback.
They were also very good at keeping us updated with news from the buyers side and reassuring when mortgage approvals took ages to go through the system.
I would definitely recommend.

If I could give one star I would. Be aware people. They use a contractor called LJ Ward for their emergency contractor services. These guys came to out flat and stole out jewellery. Do not use.

Recently sold our property with Hawes & Co Wimbledon. We had an assistant sales manager Paul Mannell who made the whole process smooth and easy. Paul's communication and response time throughout everything was fantastic.
