We had an idea to visit Japan in cherryâŠ
We had an idea to visit Japan in cherry blossom season and maybe see something of China. We had an idea of some of the sites we wanted to see and specifically wanted to avoid large group tours. We presented our initial thoughts to Andy Finlay at Hayes and Jarvis and it was refreshing to chat with him as he explored our ideas further, making great suggestions as went along.
Andyâs knowledge of the countries is impressive and he was very patient with us in explaining how our private tour would work. From suggesting dates to optimise our seeing blossoms in both China and Japan, using different types of travel, experiencing different types of accommodation, nothing has seemed too much trouble, making sure our likes and dislikes are catered for. Weâve been delighted with Andyâs friendly and professional service. We have confidence in the thorough and detailed itinerary and are looking forward to our holiday next year.

A fantastic trip to South America.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to South America. Beth helped us select great hotels and destinations and we enjoyed the whole experience. Especially important for us was the support of Javier (Gomez) our Concierge based in Argentina. He could not have given us any more help when we needed it, and given we had never been to South America before, just having that friendly voice at the other end of the phone was really comforting. I would really recommend Hayes & Jarvis.
