A referral from a colleague gave me contact with Hayes Connor, and it definitely was the right firm to deal with. Precise communication and knowledgeable staff guided us through our process to achieve the right outcome. Will use again if need arises.

Contacted hayes about a serious data breach, had all the required evidence to show the nature of the breach and was turned down and told there wasnt a claim despite 2 letters being sent to the wrong address disclosing my location and another going to another address.

They didn't even realise that some of the letters made it through until I told them so. That's how thoroughly they looked over my case

The excuse I got was because the other party hadn't acted on the information it would be hard to claim.
