Haynes Furnishers レビュー

Amazing service. Really helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. Also a fantastic price on ex-showroom furniture, in perfect condition. Everyone I dealt with was great. Thank you

I would win the most awkward customer of the year award. But Carl the manager and Beth on the telephone during my initial inquiry, (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) were both fantastic.
The quality and choice of the furniture, their customer service through to the sturdy packing, plus helping me with my nightmare as a novice of dealing with a courier, was brilliant.
And I am now the proud owner of a Laura Ashley side table. 😁
So I definitely recommend you look at Haynes as your furniture shop of choice. 👍

Very impressed with service, choice and price. Ordering on website was easy and it was followed up with a call from the company and a proper invoice. Delivery team were very good - coped with restricted access to property and manoeuvred furniture upstairs with no scuffs or marks. Thank you.

A high quality piece of furniture made to order. A very straight forward online ordering process arriving on time with good communication and friendly Haynes delivery guys to finish off the experience. Perfect.

Had to find alternative source for our furniture order after original supplier went bust. Managed to replace most from Haynes Furnishers at less cost. Well pleased with service from this company.

Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We ordered the Vancouver large Island and the customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Our order even arrived a couple of weeks early which was superb. The quality of the island is excellent (better than we could have imagined) and the delivery team were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely buy from this company again

Excellent service throughout. Easy transaction. Good communication, with free delivery. The delivery driver was lovely. Polite and careful with our furniture. I would highly recommend this company for its good service with old fashioned values.

Can highly recommend this company, excellent customer service from both within store and during delivery.

Very competitive price for desired desk which we had been looking for for a while, but way too expensive elsewhere for same item. Informed of expected delivery schedule from supplier and it arrived exactly on time. Emails answered promptly and communication was informative. Delivery guys were polite and helpful.
Would buy again.
Have no hesitation in recommending Carl and his team!

Excellent service. Reached a good deal on an item of furniture with the manager. Estimated delivery date was what was expected but surprised and pleased when it came 2 weeks early.
Delivery team were prompt, polite and efficient, keeping us informed about their arrival time.
Highly recommended. A very pleasant purchasing experience.

The furniture was on time from the supplier , carl made arrangements to deliver to our holiday cottage efficiently . The chairs are very comfortable & fit excellently through small doorways. The 2 chairs we originally ordered & the service so good we have ordered another last week!
Thanks guys for great service

Haynes Furnishers - I recently purchased a 3 piece suite from this company. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Quality furniture at competitive prices. Will certainly use this company in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends. Mrs Eleanor Johnson

Excellent service and advice, celebrity recliner chair came within timeframe. Delivery staff very helpful and made sure I knew how to work it before they left and also looked very smart in their uniforms. Would certainly recommend you to anyone who wants quality furniture and excellent staff.

I had been looking for a hallway bench and seen one I really liked online but felt it was too expensive. I had been searching for something similar and found Haynes Furniture selling the exact same bench at a considerably cheaper price. Delivery to Scotland is once a month so we had a few weeks wait but there was no rush for it. Very happy with the communication & service and the bench is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent service and price. Will return to buy more furniture in the future.

Price was best around, always had quick responses to emails, waited longer than I hoped but it was worth it and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful

We had decided on some Parker Knoll sofas months ago but hadn't chosen the fabric. I'd scoured the internet and Haynes were always the cheapest by far each time I reviewed the price. When I ordered I called them on the phone and got a further discount. Delivery was within the time frame, the men were very helpful and the sofas are exactly what we wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you Haynes!

Had a fantastic experience with this business. They held onto a couch that they made for me months past my original request date for it due to issues I had moving into my new place. Very kind and accommodating. Delivery people were top-notch as well. They will definitely get my business again in the future

Ordered our Ercol bedroom furniture over the phone. Very easy process. The delivery guys put the furniture together and took all the packaging away, something not all companies offer and included on the price which was very competitive. Delighted with the furniture and the whole process, would definitely use Haynes Furnishers again and recommend to other.
