The communication and the delivery was brilliant. So helpful.
And goes without saying that the chair is wonderful.

Excellent customer service and high quality furniture - highly recommended

Excellent service, purchase was very easy and items arrived within estimated timeframe. Very happy

Very pleased with the excellent product supplied and with the quality. The company provided a very good service and supplied me with a new recliner chair at a very competitive price. Would recommend.

Generally a very good experience with the company. Staff were courteous and friendly and very apologetic when the battery/transformer pack was forgotten. The error was remedied very quickly and the pack arrived 3 days after the chair was delivered. My 90yo mum is delighted with it. Thank you to all the team. It’s great to be able to support a UK manufacturer

Really helpful company with everything going perfectly from start to finish, at a good price too.

An amazing company to deal with. Everyone I spoke to from the time I ordered my recliner to its delivery was extremely helpful and efficient. I was kept up to date with all order and delivery details.

I cannot praise this company enough.

Helpful professional staff, a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish

Very helpful

Trent Furnishing is one of, if not the best furniture company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their pricing policy makes them one of the “cheapest” in a highly competitive market. I emphasise that cheap does not mean low standards of goods and services. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and their delivery service was second to none. I can’t think of any more superlatives to use to describe Trent.

Excellent, helpful service from Haynes furnishers. Phone answered promptly and queries dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. Delivery on time.Would highly recommend.

No problem - kept informed and on time.
