Haynes Furnishers レビュー

Excellent communication and service from the point of ordering. Item was delivered ahead of the scheduled 8 week lead time and, as a result, I had to change the delivery address as I had moved home - which was no problem for Carl and his team. Delivery day was seamless with a phone call to say exactly when they would arrive. Would highly recommend this very professional and helpful company.

from the initial call through to a very professional delivery, where they unpacked and checked everything, you could not of done of wished for a better company to deal with,if only more retailers adopted this approach, and at a very competative price!! sadly many dont.Thank you and we will be back.BC

After much research we decided to place an order for dining chairs with this company and they priced matched a cheaper supplier (who we where dubious off) the Order process and delivery was very simple and smooth delivery was quoted as 6-8 weeks but pleasantly surprised to get a call within 4 weeks product arrived well packaged and un-damaged

Haynes advised us clearly of the date when we could expect our chair. Lo, it was ready earlier than expected and delivery was arranged efficiently and fuss free. Great service and great value purchase.

Excellent company to deal with. Following an initial, very helpful, telephone conversation, and after being provided with fabric swatches, I ordered a sofa and chair (all recliners) plus a rise and recline chair from the Sherborne catalogue via the Haynes web site.
A realistic delivery date was provided, and the furniture was delivered and installed on time by a friendly and helpful team.
Great service throughout and highly recommended.

Excellent service - really highly recommended. Great, personalised communication and service throughout.

We ordered two Parker Knolls Chairs.
They were delivered on time and the delivery man were exceptionally helpful and moved our existing furniture.
Price was very competitive. We would certainly recommend Hayes Furnishers to everyone

This has been our second purchase from Haynes. First was two Celebrity Westbury chairs and now we've gone back to Haynes to add a matching Westbury 2-seater sofa. Experience on both occasions has been excellent throughout. Good comms throughout the process, delivery handled really well, and quality, competitively priced Celebrity Motion furniture. Very happy!

Good competitive pricing, excellent service & delivery.

Good service and ontime delivery! 👍

Ordered a Vale Bridgecraft sofa, chair and foot stool over the phone after finding this company on line and getting a quote that was £500 cheaper than my local store. Like another reviewer I found it good old fashioned service, they knew their business and I felt comfortable through out the whole process even though I had never set foot in their showroom. I was able to talk through the leg and caster options which they advised me on and even after placing my order I changed the chair fabric which was not a problem. The delivery van was clean and modern and the two guys who delivered were polite, pleasant and very efficient. I would definitely look to use this company again.

We bought a new Parker Knoll chair from Haynes.Excellent service, good delivery, two young men in Haynes own vehicle, polite and helpful.Would use Haynes again.

Poor quality and over price don`t believe the reviews like I did #27790T

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Great communication at all times. Would recommend Haynes Furnishers 100%

Excellent customer service from both the shopfloor and the delivery guys. Delivery was earlier than anticipated so that was a bonus.

Very pleased with our two new chairs. Service was excellent from start to finish. We requested fabric samples and this was arranged very quickly. We were able to place our order online and communication was excellent throughout. Delivery was carried out very professionally and within the time slot we were given. Very happy with the whole process. Thank you.

Very happy with my ex-display sofa. Perfect condition and delivered swiftly and efficiently. Thank you

Friendly, helpful service from the day I ordered my suite to the day it was set up in my living room

Ordered some lounge furniture after a dispute with a well known large company and was not disappointed. From the politeness on the phone to the exact delivery times being applied, I was more than pleased with the service given by Haynes Furnishers. They come highly recommended.

I ordered a Sherbourne kingsize electric bed.The service and delivery was 5 star. Delivery was free (and I live in Scotland). The lads that delivered the bed were excellent.Assembled the bed and took all packaging away.
Cannot say enough about how good this experience was.Well done!
