Hays Travel - Ayr レビュー 

Although the staff were friendly and helpful at the time of booking and were able to find us an amazing cruise. I was left extremely disappointed at the aftercare and knowledge shown by our booking agent. We were due a refund due to a discount given directly by the cruise company and I was told this would be dealt with and processed within 2 weeks that was over 3 months ago and I have still not received the refund. I had to eventually phone head office and explain and they to said they felt this was not at all acceptable and not the care that they expect customers to receive. When I also contacted the store again they simply stated they did not know why it had not been done and no apology was given at all. I was also concerned about the knowledge of staff in the store as I asked about the ETIA’s travel system which is coming out soon and the staff had no knowledge of this at all and asked me what is that. I find this extremely concerning given that their job is literally to know about travel. I was also not given my cruise booking documents until a few days before our cruise despite these being available a month before that. I had to eventually download them myself directly from cruise company. The whole point of booking through a travel agent is to make the process easier but this was not that at all I had to constantly ask for things that when I have used travel agents previously have just been given without prompt and to not have my refund 3 months later I do not think is good service at all. I will be booking direct in future.

As always Kay and the other staff at Hays (Ayr) very friendly, helpful and effective at sourcing holiday options for us for another cruise.

All the staff in the Ayr branch are great. Nicola booked our holiday for us but felt like the whole team contributed to making it right for us with advice on hotels and activities. We left with a holiday booked and feeling really looked after.

Kay listened to what we wanted from our bespoke holiday, arranged all the flights to 3 locations and helped us choose our hotels. She was very knowledgeable in attractions and things to see in one of the locations. Kay was very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience of booking a multi centre holiday easy. We booked immediately as were so happy with the holiday

Very happy with all aspects of recent booking , staff (louise) forwarded all relevant information on various dates cabins i requested . The booking process only had one very small issue when paying deposit but Louise managed to resolve it ... im very happy with service
