your travel agent Abbi was superb dealing with our booking for Australia explained what she was doing in great detail and printed all our documents gave us a folder with all our details to take away first time we have used Hats travel it wont be the last

when booking our holiday we had the pleasure of being dealt with by Nicola. a very knowledgeable young lady who is very good at her job. and seems very happy in her work. plenty of good advice and tips for our trip.

Louise was fab, very patient and found us the holiday we were looking for

The staff were all so welcoming and made us feel at home and comfortable.
Nothing was too much trouble and our host had to make a phone call to arrange our trip as the one listed had sold out.

My initial enquiry on Facebook Messenger was dealt with promptly. I was give a couple of options which met my requirements. Communication was great from start to finish.
When I went in to book the holiday the staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
Great team of girls who are passionate about there job....would highly recommend.
