Everything made easy for this elderly traveller! Requests dealt with quickly and efficiently. Polite and helpful staff.

We were greeted warmly by the staff and new our names. We were given all information we requested right away for our holiday we wanted and were more than happy to continue there and then.

From entering the Ayr shop, we were welcomed by shop manager Louise. We have booked holidays with Louise for over 20 years. She is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and informative, and a lovely person.
