5star treatment from Kay for our family Holiday.

Flights to Australia
Our flights and car hire were carried out very professionally and efficiently by Abbi.She was very friendly and the experience was great.This is the second time we have used Hays travel agency,and we'd have no hesitation in using them again.

Great customer service
Needed to book a particular hotel & flights for specific dates in April 2026. Kay was able to sort this very quickly & at a good price. All done in less than 30mins. Great customer service with a smile. Thanks
