Brittany was super helpful and made booking easy

Another great customer service experience with my local Hays travel. I saw the holiday on another site and asked if they could access the same prices and Louise was so efficient with her responses and prices. I had a few questions regarding rooms (we booked a cruise for 2027) and Louise sent me the available rooms that suited our needs with lots of information on their benefits etc. 4th holiday booked through Hays and I honestly can’t fault the interactions and the communications for all members of the team. Thanks again!
