We were recognised by member of staff Jacqui ( Cardiff branch) even though it had been eight months since our previous visit. She found the hotel and accomodation we requested, which other travel agents had difficulty booking.. excellent Paul Rose.

A great experience from Hays, in and out and our perfect honeymoon booked within an hour!
Helen was extremely knowledgeable and was able to share her personal experiences with us to to help us to visialise the trip.
