Senen is always polite & professional & engages really well with her customers hence our return visit
You never feel rushed & she even she finds the time to engages in a social chat & never you never feel under pressure to purchase a holiday
Other team member are also customer focused even getting us a glass of water when they not involved in this specific transaction
Selen is a asset to Hays & Chester branch is an excellent ambassador for Hays
