Staff very pleasant and helpful Listened to what we were looking for and found just what we wanted

The two ladies on duty were very helpful and their attitude was excellent. We booked a cruise for next March and they talked us through the details in a clear and concise manner so please pass on our thanks. Norman.

From the minute we walked into the shop we were greated with a smile and offered a seat. We knew what we wanted and were dealt with efficiently and informed of extras that we could book to our benefit. By the time we left we were extremely happy and felt reassured. We will be looking out for Sanem next time we want to book our holiday, she now feels like a friend.

it's really important having the right people in the job , and you got that right with Bradley, he had a fantastic customer connection with us , and we were made to feel at ease so we could voice comfortable input from the start , he loved his job that shone through, he was very informative, we did not feel rushed he went the extra mile to get it right , his customer service was excellent!! And secured a booking !!!

Lisa at the Chester branch, was very friendly and sorted our flights to Australia, also explained to call in the office the day before we fly to print our boarding pass.
