Even though the store was busy we still did not feel rushed when booking our holiday. All questions answered and details explained well. Happy to recommend this branch of hays travel 😀

Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

The girl I was talking to was lovely, professional and always constructive throughout our conversation.
I believe that in most situations it always the people that make or break a sale, or friendship, I try not to frequent places that have miserable people .
