Fabulous service as always! Leighla was brilliant in helping me decide where to stay & the best area I needed to be in, just love booking with Hays, so easy & honestly cannot fault the service!

This was the first time we have booked a cruise and Laura and the staff gave us advice and recommendations that will be invaluable.
Laura was very thorough, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The whole process was very professional.

From the initial contact to the final booking, Leighla Aindow @ the Crosby branch, couldn’t have done anymore to help. Great communication, advice, recommendation…she fully understood our needs & requirements.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her & Hays Travel…will definitely use them again…1st class experience.

I initially made a mistake on my booking but the staff were very helping in resolving the problem

Nothing is ever too much trouble at Hays Travel Crosby. All the staff are friendly and always happy to help. Booking process was really easy. Will return to book again soon :)

The consultant Leela( sorry if mis spelt) listened to my request and managed to get everything I wanted plus more for a great price ....first time I've booked with Hays as I usually book independently but never again I am now a a Hays customer for all my travel needs ....thankyou

The lady we dealt with (Emily) was both very helpful, professional and patient!
Everything was completed to our utmost satisfaction on our first visit.
All that was further required was a return visit with our passports and proof that we'd taken out insurance.
