Tim who booked my cruise was really knowledgeable and made some great suggestions for cabin locations. He was able to price match and beat a quote I'd already received from a competitor.

When I booked I didn't know that the cabin was small and my friends husband is disabled. I rang up and I spoke to Carol. It took her three hours to find me the right cabin for us all. Excellent service in my opinion.

A very speedy initial response and although TUI were stating that there were no cabins available, Jack was able to find one and now I’m off on another cruise.
