Really disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for the rug in mid December and only then was I told that the rug would be with me early January as it was coming from Morocco. When the tracking finally arrived it showed that the rug had only been notified to DHL well after the original delivery date. In the end I had to threaten legal action to get my money returned over 2 months after I’d paid. Legally distance sellers have 30 days to fulfil the order. Even then she used delaying tactics to make sure I didn’t get my money back until after she’d received the rug which she diverted by DHL direct to her so out of my control (she also misrepresented not being able to divert btw). I have the receipts for all the above.
I go out of my way to spend with small sellers and this experience will make me more wary in future. Such a shame.

I wanted to support a small business and get a beautiful rug and I placed an order for a Berber Rug from Haz Interiors in April 2025. Delivery was promised in two weeks — seven months later, nothing has arrived.

I chased repeatedly via Instagram for updates and then for a refund, but communication eventually stopped completely. I have now escalated the matter through the small claims court, as neither the product nor my £575 has been returned.

A deeply disappointing experience. I would urge others to be careful before purchasing.

I ordered a rug 3 months ago and due to the long wait (which was not highlighted when I ordered and paid for rug). I asked for a refund a month ago which she agreed to. However this still hasn’t arrived, despite countless promises. Do not use this company - must be a sham. I’ll be seeking legal advice now to secure my refund

Really beautiful rugs. I ordered two large organic wool rugs. I had to wait a couple of months but Lina was very communicative throughout as I was quite nervous about the delivery timescales. We’re really happy with how beautiful the rugs look in our home and everyone comments on how lovely they are. Thank you!

I bought a rug from here which arrived 5 months late. No problem I thought - at least it's here. But when I opened it the pattern was different and incredibly blury and low quality. I complained and was asked to send the rug back which I did and that a replacement would be on it's way. After another 4 months waiting I asked for a refund. I repeatedly told that it had been issues but it hadn't, and eventually Haz Interiors stopped replying to me without issuing my £550 refund. I am now having to go through small claims court to sue them. Avoid this company at all costs!!

The rug may take a wee bit of time to get to you, but when it does it’s absolutely beautiful. The quality is much higher than I was expecting, and Haz was communicative throughout all the troubles getting past Spanish customs. Would recommend to anyone looking for insane quality Moroccan rugs at v affordable prices

I have just received my second rug from this gorgeous Moroccan rug business. A few years ago, the first rug was delivered to me in a matter of approximately two weeks, this second one unfortunately took a lot longer to reach me (thanks to, I imagine, post-Brexit unnecessary paperwork as it was held in Spain!)… but all this was totally out of the lady’s control and not her fault at all, she kept in touch with me throughout and she runs a genuine uk-based business that provides stunning handmade wool rugs… so, yes, it took some time to arrive here, but it was totally worth the wait !!! I highly recommend this lady’s business, the rugs’ quality and prices are completely unbeatable!

This is my second carpet from hazinteriors and I LOVE it. Really fantastic quality and a great price. I did have to wait a while for delivery due to a delay at customs that was out on her control but it was definitely worth the wait.

Our 2nd purchase from Haz Interiors in 5 years and we are so pleased with our new rug!
It is stunning, so thick and lush to walk on!

These rugs are handmade and reflect years of tradition and skills passed down through generations in the atlas mountains. They are often works of art and take dedication, skills, craftsmanship, time and love to produce.
If this is what you want in your home then these rugs are for you and you will accept that the lead time can be up to 2 months.
If you want next day delivery by mass-produced cheap factories go elsewhere but you will not get this quality!

The owner Is clearly passionate and dedicated to her heritage and in sourcing and providing beautiful quality rugs at incredibly reasonable prices!

Would buy more if we had more room!

Beautiful product and excellent service. This isn’t Amazon, so if you expect things next day ‘Prime’ delivery then it’s not for you. But if you are after quality, uniqueness and a rug that will last a lifetime then I couldn’t recommend enough. So much better than mass produced rubbish available elsewhere.

Wow! My beautiful rug arrived last week and I just love it! It’s even better than the pictures make out. Please be patient as the delivery does take a while, but very much worth it and prices are far more reasonable than a lot of other people selling similar products. Will definitely be buying again! Rug is absolutely beautiful- such an authentic high quality rug at a remarkable price. Communication with owner on instagram was always very responsive. Would reccomend.

I’ve been following Hazinteriors since 2020 and finally this year was able to take the plunge and get a rug for ourselves. It is absolutely stunning and fits perfectly in our lounge. I’m beyond pleased! As we do up more of the house we’ll certainly be buying more.

Bought my second rug about 8 weeks ago and it’s arrived this week. I originally bought my first one 5 years ago and it’s still going strong.

I love that the rugs are hand made and made of natural materials it’s proof that they last as my original cream rug is still near perfection.

I will buy my next rug from here too. I run a small business so understand the pressures and challenges when things go wrong.

Beautiful quality rugs from Morocco. Mine arrived this week and looks incredible.

Note because they come from Morocco, delivery can take time and can have issues, but anytime I asked for an update Haz replied and was always polite. The rug is so worth the wait!!

Haz interiors sell authentic handmade rugs all the way from Morocco - They travelled a long way from origin to our home, we received ours today and it has completely changed our living room. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended, support this lovely small business <3

Amazing amazing quality rug, handmade and beautiful. Also the pricing is incredibly fair - takes time to be made and sent but worth the wait.

I ordered a rug in 2022, the promised timescale came and went with no communication, I constantly had to chase for updates. Eventually I requested my rug be refunded, this email was ignored until I chased it, then I had to wait 7-10 days for the refund, which never came. I was told to wait 48 more hours so Haz could “manually override” the refund, once again claiming I had been refunded when I had not.

In the end I contacted my credit card who opened a case with Haz and I recovered my money that way.

I wouldn’t trust this business

We are extremely happy with the rug that we ordered. We ordered in early January and received the rug approx 2 months later due to the fact that these rugs are sourced, packaged then despatched from Morocco with all the complications and potential delays that can involve. Lina was on call to keep me updated whenever I asked for progress reports. If/when I am looking to purchase another rug, I would buy from Haz Interiors and Lina again.
