Top Notch Company and Service

We have just had an air conditioning unit installed in our house by Heat Leicester and I can say without hesitation that they are one of the most professional, friendly and reliable companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Their timeliness, attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. Would strongly recommend them - many thanks to Ian and Ben for a lovely job! We are now thoroughly enjoying a cooling experience!

Heat Leicester - Total professionals from start to finish. We had a new boiler and four new radiators fitted. Ben, Pete and Zak arrived before time and worked hard all day on a tricky job. Courteous without exception, extremely efficient, obvious professionals in their field. No mess left and totally trustworthy. Customer service is second to none. This company deserves all the praise its customers give it and they deserve to prosper in business. Their vans were spotless and that is always a good marker, it means someone cares. First impressions matter and they didn't fail to live up to them. No need to look elsewhere for your plumbing and heating needs, they are the best and highly recommendable 100%.

We had “Heat Leicester” install our boiler 2 years ago, after a disaster with British Gas. Heat Leicester have been fantastic from the start and always arrive on time, and really know their business. The boiler has been perfect, and they pop back yearly to check it over and give it a service at a fair price. They send a reminder, and have an easy booking and payment system. Really nice people too. I’d recommend them to anybody, and I wouldn’t do that unless I was 100% happy with what they have provided me so far.

I had a new boiler and 9 radiators and full system fitted by Heat Leicester. It was excellent service from the whole team. They started and finished earlier they said and in quotation price. Their work is very clean and clear. Also help me out in couple of little things in my house. They are a very professional and competent company and I will definitely recommending them.

I had booked Heat to service my boiler & water cylinder. Really efficient, did carried out the work with no mess. Very polite, would recommend them for any heating issues. Very straight with work that needs doing & the cost is very competitive.

Another job well done. Boiler replacement in an awkward place. Also, thorough cleaning of the system and installation of a new Hive thermostat. Nice neat job, even with matching the bricks around the flue :)

The guys all arrived on time. They were tidy,efficient, friendly, professional and explained exactly what they were doing and how everything worked. They worked hard all day and tidied up soo well. Amazing work and couldnt fault them. Highly recommended by myself!!!

Once again Heat provided a first class service.
Ben came out so quickly to isolate the boiler after it was damaged.
We were fitted in for a replacement without fuss and Pete got us back up and running asap.
Difficult to fault. 100% recommended.

As usual, the service provided by HEAT was excellent. April arranged an urgent visit to sort out a gas fire breakdown; Ben arrived earlier than anticipated and, within a short while problem solved, including servicing the fire. All carried out in a professional and friendly manner. What more could I ask for!

Annual service for our and our daughters boilers. As usual couldn't fault Ian. Advice on other plumbing problem sorted no problem. Wouldn't use anyone else, HEAT every time.

Fantastic service from Ben and Olly. At the first meeting Ben took his time to review my boiler and my central heating system. The boiler was completely broken and the installation was out of date. He explained how to put it right and the price was fair. Ben and Olly worked so hard to finish in the two days and I now have a fully functioning boiler and heating system which I can control using Hive. They far exceeded my expectations and I will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on. It's nice to know there are companies around who care about what they do and who can be thoroughly trusted to do a great job. My wife and I cannot praise and recommend them highly enough.

Great service from Heat.
Called them out because of lack of pressure from my boiler. After a service & replacement of pressure valve I’m pleased to say my boiler is working well.
Will be using Heat again for my annual service.
