Heat have fantastic and very professional engineers. They keep you informed, come to do a specific job, are available for any advice and if any additional issue, will check out and jet you know the best course of action without pressurising you to take their service out.
They put their customers first.
I would highly recommend them anytime to anyone.

Zac arrived on time and did our yearly service and everything is working perfectly just like it has after Heat has completed previous services.We would recommend any one to use Heat and also cover there boiler with insurance just like we have since the guarantee ran out, it gives us good piece of mind. Every year we have our. gas boiler services done by Heat. We are very confident about the work they do. They are very punctual and do very tidy job not forgetting their friendly face.

Brand new boiler fitted, HEAT were great throughout, good communication, turned up on time, polite, covered working areas to protect furnishings, cleaned up afterwards. highly recommend

My elderly and immobile mother recently had a full central heating system installed by the very kind Heat engineers, which was completed in two days with minimum disturbance. The courtesy and care demonstrated by the team was a breath of fresh air!

Recently had a replacement boiler installed by HEAT and couldn't be happier. Ian came to quote, was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Cold weather old people heat needed. Company came out same day problem identified and repaired . Excellent service as always

Heat do my boiler servicing and on the last visit I had Ian check the cylinder as concerned at its condition. He advised a replacement without delay and provided a detailed quote which I accepted. Pete undertook the replacement and made a lovely job going the extra mile to resolve the inevitable unforeseens. The old cylinder proved to be in even worst condition than expected. Heat are very professional and efficient yet personable.

Heat fitted a new system-only boiler and hot water cylinder for us, removed the grim old tanks from the loft. From start to finish the whole team have been amazing. So prompt at replying to everything (how many trades do that), they were knowledgeable on the options available to us and throughout the works were brilliant, helped with after care too. Ben and Pete made a great double-act and April and Ian have been so helpful. Thank you team Heat! Would highly recommend – may even be returning for air con!
