Hidden crown is my favorite company. The quality is amazing and so realistic. I have ordered almost 4 times now and will happily continue to be a customer. Thank you hidden crown for helping me make my hair thick and beautiful

I had to write a review after reading the reviews about bad customer service. I have 5 halo's from hidden crown now and love them. Their customer service is wonderful!! I have returned 2 items now with no problem what so ever (they clearly state that you can't cut the security ties if you need to return or exchange) so as long as you don't do that they gladly exchange or return. I even placed an order and the next day they had a 20% off sale, I emailed them and they honored their sale and refunded back some of my money so that I could get that discount. Hair quality is better than any other extension brand I have tried. I have had 3 friends purchase because of how much they like mine. Worth the money for good quality!!

I absolutely love hidden crown. Three days to get here in Calgary, Alberta. Beautiful quality hair. I’m so in love with these products! This is my 3rd purchase!!

first I bought the Day Dream in color 822, was supposed to be dark and medium ash blonde...unfortunately I was in such a hurry I opened it only to discover it wasn't any where near that shade, it was too light so I added color, the same shade I use (a medium ash blonde). What a nightmare, I was ADDING color and it all turned gray!!! I used lemon juice with shampoo several times and then eventually added a dark blonde (no ash) and it came out some weird brown color...so that one was ruined.
on to the next one, I bought the Hidden Crown Halo in 812 and it blended in with my ends perfectly BUT getting it to fit is crazy. It seems to have only 2 ways it fits, too tight or too loose. Even when I got it to where it matched up to the way tutorial shows it is supposed to fit I can feel it wiggling constantly and it comes all the way around to the ears which makes it really hard to hide (the slightest breeze and your hair goes up and the crown shows) which is another issue, the lengths are ridiculous, I want long hair but I don't want to look like a witch. With that length comes the additional issue of heat, I used to have hair down to my waist and it was thick but this hair is soo thick and heavy that you will sweat and feel overheated (def can't see myself taking this to Grenada with me or to our place in Florida if I'm sweltering in NJ during the winter!)
My hair situation is that in which I have naturally wavy but frizzy hair and always blow it out straight Because I am 51 and have loads of gray hair I had gone lightest ash blonde for a while and then noticed it looked ridiculous and my ends were burning (my hair was one length in the back sitting just about 3 inches past my shoulders with some layers to my bangs and it was thick but not like full on thick) The gal at the salon chopped my hair in such a way that it left me with TWO lengths in the back, note I didn't say layers. the first length was right at my shoulder while a huge chunck in the back would barely reach my ears...this left me with thick hair on the top and such thin hair on the bottom you can see through it in photos I've been trimming the bottom so that the "layers" can meet up and it is slow going which is why I turned to extensions. I wanted something to fill in that thin area on the bottom and give me the length I desire without damaging the fragile thin lower hair but so far I've paid almost $800 on what is amounting to a cozy spot for my cat to nestle I so wanted this to work. I gave it 3 stars because the color and quality of the hair is great but the fit and weight is terrible and there is no way to keep it in place nor wear it without feeing self conscious about the side part being so obvious.

Terrible customer service. They take 500 dollars and when the product is too difficult to wear they refuse to refund you. Total scam! If their products were good they would allow you to return because they would know they’ll still be in business.

Hidden crown topper. I am a licensed hair dresser as well as a make up artist. For anyone saying it looks fake well you simply aren’t putting it on correctly. You need to work it with your hair, you can’t just take it out of the package and expect to pop it on your head and have it look natural. You must wash it, style it then place it on your head blending it in and I can ensure you, this will look like your hair. Nobody ever knows I’m wearing it!! I’ve had my non rooted topper in platinum for over a year and my other one for close to a year. I usually get new extensions yearly but because of how expensive it was and the quality is lasting me I am going to hopefully have it last me 1.5years/2 years. Strongly recommend buying it’s worth the $450. There were 3 strands of dark hair in my topper but that was not a problem I just
Pulled them out!
Also the clips have not broke on me! Which I am so pleased because I wear this topper every single day!
Thinking of trying there clip ins next

The worst customer service ever. When I purchased the topper I saw that I accidently ordered non rooted and needed rooted. I immediately contacted them only to be told they will not change the order and will send it as is, instructing me to send it back when it gets to me if I do not like it. When it arrived I did just that. I did not open the topper at all and sent it back. Once they received the package they said they would not issue a refund as the hair was worn with a hair tie and stated they would be sending it back to me. That's a nearly $500 purchase for a toper I can't use and never opened. They sent me photos of a damaged product. I told them that it is not possible it was the topper I sent back as I never opened the package unless they sent me a damaged product in the first place. Furthermore, there is a clear front to the package and you could clearly see the lacing of the topper. It looked of very poor quality and nothing like what they show you on their page. If feel like I was totally scammed. Save yourself the grief and money.

The little extras like the hanger, clip, comb were a very nice touch. I liked that better than the halo. I want to love this so much but it’s not practical. It’s too heavy with 16 inch and the halo wire puts a serious red indentation in your scalp. It does itch around the hardware, and the hair is super shiny unlike natural hair which gives it an appearance of synthetic. I have dyed it and it is still shinier than my hair. I would recommend getting the lighter version so it will not cut the circulation off in your head.

I bought a topper from HCH.
After not being happy with it, i made a feedback on their web shop and wrote down the problems.
Instead of reacting, they deleted my comment.
THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!! Shame on you!!
i have spend so much money on a hair piece that i can't use.
Also i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one with these problems.

So if you are a customer and thinking about buying from this company, DON'T!
They only take your money and are not accepting any complaints.
Further they are trying to fool you with only good reviews.
Go with a much cheaper on from another seller.

I bought the 18" halo and they are beautiful. The hair is so so soft doesnt tangle and no shedding. Where have these been all my life??? I've wasted money on another company that claim it's real hair, and I was super scared to trust anyone else, but I'm so glad I did. They are expensive but well worth it, especially since you can pay via sezzle and split into 4 payments. Only issue I had was the pulley lever was not attached when I took out of box, I panicked and thought they arrived broken. After searching YouTube I found how to fix. Only problem was my box didnt come with replacement wire and beads so I had to use husbands pliers to open to string the wire in. The bead is now mangled and the wire wont hold tight. I tried contacting but no response. The hair is beautiful though and takes only seconds to apply and you cant tell they are extensions. If it werent for that issue I would give full stars.

Honestly so disappointed. This product is terrible it looks fake and like a stupid wig. i paid 450$ when i should have only been charged 20$ for this. i have had many extensions and toppers from other brand but saw this worn by a beverly hills housewife i follow on instagram so i ordered it. with all my hair extension knowledge as a avid consumer this is by far the worst quality and design i have purchased. The quality of hair is low grade and it is one of the many brands we hear the horror stories about that have a wax coating to deceive the customer because after 1 was it matted all up and looked frizzy and fake. BUYER BEWARE!!

Hair is broken, damaged. Looks like someone has worn it and styled it many times to have so much breakage throughout. Sent it back and they sent me a new one that looks exactly the same. I’m positive they just repackaged it and sent it back. Emailed again and they said it was normal and that it was from static! This is not static. it is broken, fried hairs throughout .

Thank you to EVERYONE who has left a review. I have a pixi hair cut and my dream is to have LONG hair. I get TONS of compliments on my hair style now and it is adorable but just gave always wanted LONG hair. I was going to buy these extensions because I saw Kelly Ripa wears them and with that, how can you go wrong, but with all these reviews, I would be a fool to buy these. I'm Soo THANKFUL honest people take the time to leave a review to help others out. You would think when a company gets soo much NEGATIVITY they would fo a ome thing to IMPROVE their product and customer service but, I guess not.

I just received my 18" halo layers in the mail today! They come fast, about 2 days and I'm in Canada. I initially ordered the wrong colour but they processed the exchange super fast and I had the new colour in hand in a week.

They are soft and really easy to style. My natural blonde hair is kind of fried, so I'm going to do some deep conditioning to make it look more like the extensions - they're really shiny and healthy looking.

I found it easy to fit to my head, but I have a big round head and thick hair, so lots to work with.

Overall really happy with them, I was super nervous as it's a big investment but they look and feel great.

I had never worn extensions of any kind, but have always wanted to try some that weren’t permanent. After much research I decided on Hidden Crown. I knew I wanted the clip ins, they seemed easier than the crown. I found it difficult to choose the correct color, so I sent a picture of my hair and was sent back what they thought would be my match. I honestly thought, there is no way this will match, but I ordered knowing I could return if they didn’t match and I didn’t unclip them from the package.
I received them within a few days. When I opened them and held them next to my hair they were an exact match! My natural hair hits at mid back, one length, adding the 16 inch clip ins gave me so much more length and thickness. The first time I wore them I couldn’t stop looking in mirrors at how beautiful they are. So thank you Hidden Crown, I will be back for more Crown Clip Ins!

I am so happy with my crown topper. I have never felt this confident about my hair in the longest time

Took weeks to receive and many emails trying to get in contact with them then finally received my order and everything was alright until I washed my halo and then it turned into a knotted mess!! They are no longer useable I believe that the hair might be synthetic or really horrible quality.

Extensions arrived and the amount of breakage looked like they were used for months! I bought them #2 dark brown half of them have an undertone green! The string didn’t even last a whole night . I also had two different samples in the package not even colour I ordered.
I had to spend money to get them cut 4 inches due to breakage , plus toner to make them dark brown and now I need to put in a new string . Basically now they’re the same length has my hair and won’t last long due to poor quality . Seems like a hair dresser in training practice on these. My hair dresser has done extensions for years and she was not impressed at all with this either . Bottom line I’ll never recommend these to my worst enemy.
When customer service replied they said it was just the static ( I know what breakage looks like or static ) and said that it was normal for green undertone ., what ?! Those are supposed to be human virgin hair!! Green isn’t part of dark brown
Basically they won’t do anything for me
I paid 280$ cad and spent 160$ on toner cut and smoothing ( due to breakage and green ) that’s terrible !

The clip ins are great. The halo, not so much. Couldn’t get to fit right and itchy where wire connects. They had accidentally sent a topper instead of the clip ins and were very helpful in making things right.

The hidden crown topper is horrible. Unfortunately, I was so eager for it to work as I had plans to wear it for an event, that I took the tag off. It is so unnatural looking. the seam of plastic that meets your scalp is thick and very noticeable. You would be better off with a lace front wig. Also the hair does not hold a curl. Customer service, (while very responsive and pleasant enough) would not budge on their return policy even though I only wore it once. But I guess I understand - a policy is a policy. They said I needed to get the piece dyed (it’s 1 slight shade of dark brown off from my natural color) and that my curling wand needed to be a curling iron instead. I’ve never had an issue using a wand on any of my other extensions. I’m hesitant to pour more money into this when it’s just a bad quality product. It’s the plastic seam that is the problem, it’s not thin enough to look natural. I’m not sure how hair dye is going to fix that. The topper looks ok from far away, or if you wear a headband to cover the seam, but if you plan to have a conversation with someone, expect them to stare weirdly at your hairline trying to understand wth is sitting on your head.
