Had a mulți tens of thousands dollars profit a month worth of business about 4 yrs ago. Trusted them for location. All they had to do was: Hide my ass!!!Laim azz worthless software of theirs got me busted losing the business.Regret to this day.Today, gave a try on it again as needed for some else.Same crap. Mocked to Singapore, yet exchange detects I am in Netherlands,while I m in the UK. Utter water down garbage.
Take this genuine info and do what you will.

VPN funktioniert an sich gut. Nur bei einem Land ging es mal nicht.

The company claims that it can offer IP location services that may not work properly, especially in certain locations in the Middle East. So, if this is what you're looking for, be cautious and consider whether it's worth your investment.

This has to be the most absurd business I've interacted with. I recently noticed I had been paying them for two subscriptions since 2018. I haven't been able to access the product for two years, and on my account, it says I have no subscription (while they have been charging my card for years).

I contacted their support, and it took them 1 month to get back to me. they didn't even respond to the inquiry; they just said, "If you are still facing issues, please let us know." Like what?

I then explain the issue again and get a reply 2 weeks later. They responded by saying that they don't handle billing because it's all managed by their payment provider 2 checkout, so I should call them.

I then talked to 2checkout, and they told me that I had indeed been paying for this service since 2018 every year and that I should contact them if I can't access the product.

What of kind of ridiculous scam is this?

Has been a customer for years but the bad performance and lack of support over the last months has sent me to a competitor. The VPN does not support BBC iPlayer use from outside UK. I have two support cases about this but no reply from the company

I signed up for the trial and it didn't work well. Not a huge problem. I went to cancel - logged into my account and it said my email / account could not be found. Emailed them, contacted support on their website. I even contacted them on Facebook. I stated I wanted to cancel before my trial. I received form emails back saying they had received my messageI even contacted them on Facebook. I couldn't cancel it. Couldnt reach anyone. They charged me. I now am disputing the charge with my bank.

I have Subscribed for the 3 years plan and when i choose a country its showing me other sever in Czech !!
The only way to Contact the Support its throw Mail And i have Send them mail since one month and till now now replay

Bad Service, slow speeds, almost never fixing issues with the vpn app, Ip Geolocation mostly Broken, if youre like me getting a vpn for rare countries buy if you want to if youre not that kind of a person get a different vpn

Das Konto liess sich nie aktivieren ... somit kann ich auf die Einstellungen nicht zugreifen und auch nicht kündigen. Support antwortet weder auf direkte E-Mails noch auf Anfragen über die Homepage. Die Telefonnummer im Impressum ist nicht vergeben ... Wird wohl ein Fall für den Rechtsanwalt werden ... :-(

Su soporte tecnico te responde despues de 3 0 4.... MESES!!!, ni que decier de su sistema de cobro, habia marcado la opcion para NO RENOVAR, sin embargo volvieron a cargarme a la tarjeta por otro año mas, y si reclamas, te respondes despues de mucho.... mucho... mucho tiempo. ESTAFA

Cela fait 7 ans que je suis fidèle à HMA. Il me restait 1 an d'abonnement sur 3 ans pris la dernière fois et sans raison j'ai été banni.
J'ai demandé plus d'infos pour connaître la raison de mon bannissement et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.

I paid on December 23 for a 3-year subscription, but only after 1 month I don't have access to the platform any more.

It shows as if my subscription had expired.

Opened a ticket several times, but no answer whatsoever.

HideMYAss.com should be called "Snitch On Your Ass". Lookup the case of Cody Kretsinger (LulzSec fiasco). It is clear from the indictment they were logging all of his activity despite their claim in their FAQs that states: "No activity of any kind is logged." I certainly don't condone the illegal hacking he or anyone else did but this event really reveals the truth about the company and the fact that their actions are completely contrary to their promises. "Actions speak louder than words", and this is a perfect example of why this idiom is so imperative.

money back guarantee is lie and the support is fake dont exisit i send the 3 emails in 3 weeks with no answer , it disconnect every second ,there is other vpn option with cheaper price and at least they care about their customer

In the past they've done ok, but this time it's been a nightmare. I started a new trial but it wouldn't apply to my account. So I emailed them and asked to cancel the account and annual renewal. They haven't replied to that request. Now they've taken my annual subscription and even though I've messaged them again asking for a refund, they still haven't replied to either of my messages and just walked away with my money.

Bonjour, j'ai voulu renouveler pour 3 ans mon abonnement à HMA soit 107.64 euros réglés par paypal le 29/10/23. Je n'ai jamais reçu le code d'activation malgré 4 demandes via le formulaire, et aucune réponse, ni remboursement. J'ai déclenché une réclamation par paypal et 2checkout par lequel j'ai payé et espère un remboursement. HMA se moque du monde à ne pas répondre. J'ai le sentiment d'avoir été escroqué et viens de leur adresser à LONDRES (si si) un recommandé pour les menacer de poursuite en justice (c'est mon business à moi...). Quelle déception. Je ne peux pas recommander de souscrire à leurs offres.

Kontaktede dem for at få uddybet og for at få luft for min frustration; Kan det virkelig være rigtigt at man bliver udsat på "The Dark Net" pga. den VPN udbyder man har valgt!?

Helt som forventet er der ikke kommet svar.

Men jeg kan da få en gratis periode med en Breach Guard til at beskytte mig mod The Dark Net, blot jeg begynder at betale for den efter perioden...

Hér er der virkelig tale om at svindler firma.
Nu vil jeg så prøve om jeg kan afmelde mit abonnement, eller om jeg også her får en masse problemer...

Inefficacité totale : j’ai pris un abonnement de 3 ans pour la Turquie : ne marche pas. SAV inexistant, on m’a écrit me rembourser, mais rien sur mon compte. D’autres relances et aucune réponse. Une escroquerie et reste refroidie à l’idée de prendre un autre VPN, finalement à quoi bon ….
