William Gordon was a delight to deal with. He was knowledgeable and was willing to try different levels of cover to provide a competitive quotation. He arranged to call me back twice, and both times he called at the exact moment he said he would which is so refreshing.

William Gordon did a good job on recommending insurance for my late mum's house whilst we are trying to sell it. It was not the cheapest quote but met what I needed better than any other comparable quote. Cheaper quotes needed you to drain all water including header tanks which would have cost more than would have been saved by buying cheaper insurances. Cheaper quotes also didn't include water leakage or break ins which the policy I took out does.

William was extremely knowledgeable and proactive in making sure I got a home insurance policy which met my requirements.

We needed buildings insurance in place for exchange and it was a lot harder than I expected due to various circumstances and the location. I was going round in circles and getting nowhere until I spoke to Will Gordon at Highworth.

Will sorted out what we needed and also actually anticipated right away what we would need in future and how best to set that up. He was extremely patient and professional, explained all the ins and outs and different options, and also took time to search the market for the right options and explain why our situation was complicated. So glad to have this sorted for now.

I would definitely recommend Will and Highworth. They're probably not the absolute cheapest but neither were most other options, and I'd particularly recommend if your insurance situation isn't straightforward.

No one can ever say shopping for insurance is fun, but Will at Highworth took the time and made the effort to find me the best quote which fitted my circumstance and comfortably beat my renewal price. He explained policy details in a way that comparison sites simply cannot do and ensured I understood what I was getting from my policy.
