Very clear and concise experience, agreement was in place swiftly with a very polite information exchange between myself and the agent, Mr W. Gordon.

What can I say, Bethany was absolutely amazing to deal with.
Had a lot of patience when dealing with me, I am Welsh so no answer is ever straight forward. Tangents, antidotes and sarcasm are our staple diet. Anyway I digress, to say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this company and wonderful staff is a understatement.
Quote came in under budget, so I am happy, misses is happy and cat is well sleeping but guess happy.

Please if any management read this review, dont follow other large insurance company models and outsource.
The personal touch when dealing with complex insurance is paramount. Example - Bethany understood all the little nuances, which would be difficult to put across otherwise.

Mathew was excellent to deal with, and we addressed a significant issue constructively and to our mutual agreement. Very good.
