I have spoken to William Gordon today to provide Insurance for a Diamond Engagement Ring and I found his Service second to none. William was thoroughly Professional and made sure I was at complete ease with the Policy provided at a fair price. I'm happy to have chosen this Company and will undoubtedly renew when required.

I contacted Highworth Insurance as I needed unoccupied property insurance, as this was not available through the AA. The initial price was not as competitive as a second company had come up with. I was very happy with Will's advice when I needed to arrange unoccupied house insurance for my late fathers property. He clearly took me through each of the steps needed to set up the insurance and made the whole process very straightforward. Will Gordon organised the cover with the underwriters and then was very helpful and went through all the paperwork with me carefully explaining any restrictions etc on the insurance.

Do to confusion over an automatic renewal that didn't happen my father in law's house was temporarily uninsured. Once the issue was discovered, Highworth acted quickly to help put in place new cover at a good price

Originally used them for engagement ring insurance as recommended by a google search, but their service was so consistently excellent (fast responses, efficient and friendly) that I'm going to move over my other insurance policies to them as they expire. Top notch.

Having trawled through various comparison sites for the insurance I required I was getting nowhere and then found a link to Highworth Insurance .William quickly took details of my requirements and promised a call the following day . He found exactly the cover I required and with a considerable saving on my renewal quote from a well know insurance company He was very professional and explained everything clearly and in detail . Needed watch insurance. Filled out the form and was contacted promptly by Cameron who was friendly and professional. The quote was very competitive.
Communication was excellent during the insurance being approved by the underwriters and was finally agreed with William another member of staff. Would definitely recommend if you need to insure a watch.
