A great experience selling our house with Hilton & Horsfall. The service from the initial contact to day of exchange was exceptional. Every contact with Gavin and the team in the office was friendly,helpful and professional.

Mark and Gav have been a real help. Really easy to deal with and extremely knowledgable about the local property market. In my opinion an all round great local Estate Agency!

It would be extremely courteous and a sign of good customer service if Gavin Hilton could actually reply to calls.

Katie did her best to assist but is unfortunately mentored by someone who is more than happy to sit back and do very little and not take ownership. Gavin took 48 hours to respond to one call, refused to take a call even though he was in the office.

In my instance of my recent purchase he didn't take ownership and despite me being assured that I wasn't in a chain, I ended up in a chain of 4 and he left it to other people to liaise with the solicitors.

What should have been a straight forward purchase (as initially advised by Hilton & Horsfall) resulted in me having to live in temporary holiday accommodation, at great expense, due to the misinformation that was supplied by Hilton & Horsfall and Gavin did not accept that he was in the wrong what so ever.

The 2 stars is purely for Katie in trying her best otherwise would have been 0

No interest practically from week 1. Seem to have their close network , cliques for want of a better word that they do work for, others left to sell themselves or withdraw. No sorry to lose you or any such pleasantries. Definitely would not recommend

An excellent Estate Agency all round. They are so easy to deal with and very thorough. They were highly professional on behalf of & to my husband & I at all times. They represented us well & it was a good experience. If you want to sell a house, you want the best service. Hilton & Horsfall provided that for us, so we're happy & would definitely recommend them.
