professional , friendly and flexible, great local knowledge of the area and the market place, handled the legal side too and whilst all the time listening to our requirements which made it a smooth process, these were the main reasons we achieved our goal price and all at a reasonable cost, we would thoroughly recommend Hilton & Horsfall without any hesitation to anyone looking to sell their property. Brilliant communication! Throughout our entire sale, they have been fantastic. We have sold our property though Hilton’s and at the same time purchased a property through Hilton’s and I have to say they have been quick to respond to any queries we have had.
