In a really tough market Mark and his team worked really hard in a friendly and professional manner hard to eventually secure the sale of our house. The photos, advertising and marketing was excellent. We are grateful for their endeavours and communications and recommend their service.

Very disappointed with how these estate agents handled a house viewing we went to. Asked us to apply via email application which was a read only document so couldn't edit it without really messing about with it. The next day we saw it had been let and we hadn't even been informed. Very unprofessional and when I spoke to them they said the landlord chose someone who he had rented to previously so he didn't even look at our application, wasted ours and many other peoples times.

I have just left a tenancy I have had with Hilton & Horsfall for the last 2 1/2 years.

Mark and team have been absolutely brilliant right from initial contact to arrange viewing, throughout my tenancy, and today receiving deposit back.

On the occasions I have had ti contact then fir any issues arising with the property they have dealt with me quickly, efficiently and courteously.

If you're looking at renting, and I assum buying, a property on their books then you will be very happy with the service you receive. If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have.

Our previous letting agents (high profile in the area) provided a very poor service, not returning calls and did not appear to want our business. We instructed Hilton and Horsfall to take over and find a tenant for our property which they have in a few short weeks. The service provided was professional and a total contrast to the initial agents.

I’ve recently just got a property this week with Hilton and Horsfall and the experience has been absolutely amazing, from start to finish. Communication has been amazing. The care as well has been great. I would definitely recommend this estate agent. Very quick as emailing back and getting in contact with you!

Very unprofessional and unreliable people. They don’t turn up even on arranged viewing. They lies and put blame on customers. I won’t recommend them to anyone. They have arranged a viewing with me and I had to sacrifice a lot to come from far distance but when I arrived at the property they said I can’t come out for viewing. Just annoying people.
