Mark was even instrumental in helping us find beautiful temporary accommodation while our new house was being finished.

We sold our house through Hilton & Horsfall in June this year. I honestly cannot fault them. Firstly they were punctual with all appointments made to value and then to take photographs. We were up and running and marketed very quickly. They have a really good social media presence and excellent knowledgeable staff who kept me up to date throughout the process. I 100% would recommend Hilton & Horsfall and know they will not let you down and will do their absolute best to sell your property.

I've recently sold my house through and as stressful as it has been, Hilton and Horsfall have been great throughout. Teal has been relentless when chasing other parties to keep things moving and has kept me informed at all times. We originally put the house up in October 2022 and had a buyer within 4 weeks. Unfortunately this fell through due to a change of my buyers circumstances but Kendra and Olivia helped to put this straight back up on the same day and we had a buyer within a week which saved me losing out on the purchase of my new house and I couldn't be more grateful.

I’ve recently gone through the process of buying a house through Hilton and Horsfall and the service has been faultless.

The company has been great to deal with and in particular I can’t thank Kendra enough. She was always keeping me in the loop with solicitor progress and emailing them - giving me regular weekly updates (sometimes a couple times a week too).

She arranged viewing after viewing for me and was always so pleasant to deal with - she even arranged an out of hours viewing in her own time to ensure the workman could come to the viewing too!

Right from start to finish nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she was always so accommodating with my requests.

All in all everything ran very smoothly and I’m so happy with my experience with them and I will always be grateful for them helping me get my first home!

We sold our property last year with Hilton & Horsfall and was very happy with the service. They valued it well, had good knowledge of the area and were clearly interested in selling the property. They were quick to get the house marketed, the photos looked great and they had potential buyers lined up.

We sold the house within a matter of days and their admin team kept us and our buyer updated through to completion. Their fees were also very competitive and included the solicitor which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The friendly office staff really went out of their way to help me (the purchaser) to stay up to speed with the conveyance. They liaised with me, the vendor and the vendor's solicitor to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible.

Poor service. Poor communications. Poor attitude towards us and also being proactive to get things done.

From getting our offer in and accepted within half an hour, to following up between solicitors time and time again, H&H provide an invaluable service, and I couldn't recommend them more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ring you back promptly with any queries you may have. Nice to deal with when house was being valued although we had a private sale.
