Although the store did not have the DVD required, the assistant in the store was very helpful in purchasing it on line in the store and having it posted to me.

I picked up my vinyl grom Cardiff and…
I picked up my vinyl grom Cardiff and the male store assistant was very rude. He asked if I wanted a carrier, to which I replied no, they’re too expensive. He then said they’re the same price everywhere and called me an a’hole…
I won’t be shopping there again!

Very pleased to be able to order click and collect from the store in Queen St. Cardiff. The member of staff, Darren, couldn't have been more helpful. I received an email just 2 days later to say the item I wanted was ready to collect. Amazing service. 10/10

What's most important. Any member of the public can always ask a member of staff for help.
Why I like hmv. Because I am disable. Some time I can use the lift. Or a member of staff ask me what I am looking for. I tell them and they go and find it for me. No problem at all.

Order process was quick and easy to complete. The choice was wide. Delivery by Royal Mail was within the time given. I’d use the process again.

I pre-ordered an album for an album singing of one of my favourite artists in Cardiff.
And i had major issues with the delivery process... my delivery never ended up turning up to the store, and online it stated you couldn't enter the signing without the proof of album you had to collect on the morning.
But the manager was extremely kind and helpful towards me, he saw that i bought the album and my proof of purchase. And how the album never came to the store. Yet he went out of his way, and he still let me in, and he let me have one of the albums off the shelf on the shop floor.
