i bought a newjeans(kpop) album today…
i bought a newjeans(kpop) album today and i noticed that the photocards were missing (it was sealed so it was most likely the manufacturers fault) and i contacted costumer service and they told me to return/exchange it
i went back to the store and one of the staff (his name is john if i’m not wrong) helped me with this he was very sweet abt it too i’m very grateful and happy that i was able to exchange it

I was told my order was in when it was…
I was told my order was in when it was not. They could not refund the money either. I was then told that someone would ring me when my order was in. Still waiting. Will not be ordering from Reading HMV again

Easy to shop and pick what you want.
Really nice to just look around choose something you want or in my case pre order.

Staff member who ordered my CD remembered me. The Reading store has good stock and a friendly team. I visit often as I want to keep HMV on the high street.
