Box set order. Shop staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, my purchase was sent to my home address and delivery was very quick.

Order and purchase at Stevenage
I ordered dvds in store at the same time as purchasing some. The man serving was brilliant. Found what I couldn't in seconds, ordered my box set, explained everything. Professional, friendly ... Spot on. I hope we always have this store here. Remembered me when I went to collect, great service, great guy.

T-Rex Gold album from HMV…
I bought T-Rex Gold album from HMV online after I purchased a faulty copy in store. I ordered it on a Friday and received it by Monday so fast delivery. I also got my refund with no problem from HMV store. I think it is important to support record stores where possible. We don’t want to have to buy everything from Amazon.

A good experience
Used this store for a click and collect order. Was served straight away and my order found without any problem. A good level of service and will definitely use this store again.
