I purchased several albums and one was not playable. Upon returning to HMV there was no questions as to why, just an agreement to exchange the LP. Within a week I had a new album. Excellent service.

The company feels it’s acceptable to sell CHILDREN alcohol related products
The company feels it’s acceptable to sell a child alcohol related products in a surprise bag for children! Awful customer service with no support. Would never recommend them

A great place to pick up BlueRay films, I found 4 old films I had been after and a staff member found me 2 of them very impressed.
