They marked my order as complete despite the order being returned due to wrong address
Auspost tracking status said the parcel (2s battery) was being returned to the sender due to a wrong address, I checked and they entered a different address from the one I entered in the order. They've marked my order as complete and have still have not responded to my claims.

They ignore you, you dont have warranty.
Ordered 4 lipo 3s 11,1 butterfly batteries. They state 15C, 30C max discharge rate. Upon arrival 1 of the 4 packs had a dead cell. So that one was good for an RMA. Next upon measuring the other batteries, they should be able te provide at least 21 Amps with a peak of double that in burst. However they have a peak of around 20A max and rapidly dropping to a stable 10A in 2 minutes testing time.
Not only are these batteries of very cheap quality. The customer support and RMA claim give no answer. Buying via paypal, they let me return it to an adress in Hong Kong, i live in europe. So i lose more op sending and customs than the cheap rubbish is worth. Avoid this store. They lie about warranty and they got systems to avoid protection. They do not have return labels en they do not answer to claims.
More specifications needed on some items.
Items like heat shrink which all modelers use, need inside diameter, and more variety stocked. Prop adapters need length of threaded prop shaft to allow spinners, etc. be used. A few simple details in print by the items let modelers know if it can be used or not for their aircraft.

Bewildered! A long term customer of 12 yrs, I've spent over $12k and a "Platinum" member.
Ordered a 3s 4500 battery from the Australian warehouse. February 19th Order * 01330 $45.
On following Tuesday I received an envelope from HK
Inside was 10 battery stickers!
Sent Wrong product same day email. "Please send the battery I paid for" request, Since then 4 emails and 3 weeks later I have receive NIL response.
About to take it to court legally to get my money back,

Item arrived damaged. I filed a claim and sent several notes asking for status and after 2+ weeks heard nothing back!
Hobbyking use DX for Deliveries 😞
They use a firm called DX for deliveries. They don't attempt to deliver at all. You're sat there, losing a day's holiday, waiting in a silent home so you don't miss them. ( One bed bungalow, I'd have to be dead to miss a knock!)
Then, you get a message saying "Sorry we missed you" on your phone!
No card through the door, no one knocked.
This has happened for two days on the trot. Drivers are obviously hitting the "Recipient not home" button to make up time.
1 Li-Po battery, ordered 21st of Feb 2025 at 22:04 & now it's 16:00 on the 27th Feb 2025 & it's just arrived.
P&P WAS £10! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
I used to drive for both one man band & big franchises, next day / international / B2B / private houses to the Palace of Westminster... Some days were 35 drops inside the M25, others were S. Kent to Manchester & back. You never knew, plus it was maps then. The A to Z Master Atlas for London & if I entered a new county I'd buy the A to Z county map.
3.5 tonnes (Sprinters & the like) aren't regulated. There's no tacho, no mandated rest breaks and no maximum hours. Six days a week & 500 - 600 mile days weren't uncommon.
In the end it got so bad the G.P. said "Change jobs or you'll be dead at 50!". I switched to horticulture.
This is why you get drivers saying "Recipient not a home" and they didn't attempt delivery. If you keep pushing drivers something's got to give & as I was semi-rural in a residential address I was dropped in favour of the bigger, more profitable, corporate customers. Profit over service rules the industry & there's a tacit agreement so when we call customer services we get "Perhaps the driver ran out of cards to put through your door? No, we can't release the photos he took of your porch, it's data protection law. Yes, I can see the driver's route, he was there at (2 minutes before they emailed you the "you were out" message)."

The good companies ensure their drivers are paid properly, have breaks and get time to sleep and have a weekend. Tired drivers kill themselves & others on the road. But you'll pay a premium.
If we all search for the very cheapest courier, we get Yodel, DX & the like. This is what Hobbyking has done. Their P&P is enough for a proper courier, but where's the profit in that? They appear (I'd have to see the figures to be sure) to treat P&P as a profit stream & are willing to be complicit with these cowboy couriers, ignoring the atrocious service for their customers & ruining driver's health (mental & physical), relationships & safety on the road in persuit of this extra profit.
I'm sorry that this is so long but I know about this sector. I wanted to explain that it's simple corporate greed causing this problem, both sender & courier, with their customers & drivers caught and squeezed in-between them.
DO NOT USE HOBBYKING UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR COURIER!

The website is ABYSMAL. On top of being incredibly slow, I clicked proceed to payment and then it just submitted my order. . there was no way to pay anywhere in the dashboard so I decided to submit a ticket.. . there was a box at the end of the form that just said "language" wtf?? I hit submit and then received an error code that my request was not submitted and to check my email. So I check my email to find that I need a NEW login to submit a ticket.. . what the hell is going on with this website? I may just let the order expire in the 48 hour period and order somewhere else. Guess they just don't care since I found posts going back a decade on the terrible website.. .
Durafly G2V2 ordered has not arrived
Durafly G2V2 due to arrive at my place on 30 Jan 25, it is now 04 Feb 25 and still has not arrived. Mybe address label on the model box was too small or unreadable
