We’re a month in from moving from Addlestone after 22 years and have finally come up for air to write a review for Hodders. Our process was very painful as we had three collapsed chains over a 19 month period. Throughout Hodders were supportive and Karen and Nicola, in particular, kept the pressure on the chains to try to keep them together. Each time the chain collapsed we had viewings lined up within days and an offer within the week. The final exchange and completion was within a week of eachother so quite the whirlwind! Thank you for all your hard work.

Every interaction with Hodders has been a good one. From when I first started renting through them in 2021 through to selling my property in 2025 every member of the team I’ve dealt with has been fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Nicola at Hodders Estate Agents - a star
Nicola at Hodders Estate Agents was the sales progresser on flat that my wife's son was purchasing as a first time buyer. She appreciated his lack of knowledge and experience about the process and was there at every step to smooth any problems and keep the ball rolling between solicitors, the seller and his next property and our transaction - some feat!

Superb service throughout
Karen and the team at Hodders in Addlestone were excellent throughout the whole process. We had some ups and downs along the way but each time they were quick to turn around and get us back on track- Karen was a great support and always available at the end of the phone and went above & beyond. Also to Nicola in sales progression who was great keeping us in the loop at all times pushing to get our completion through before Christmas she was brilliant, we couldn’t recommend the Hodders team enough.

Great personal service

I had an outstanding experience with Hodders
I had a poor experience with an agent prior to moving to Hodders, so I had fairly low expectations. To my surprise, Hodders' staff were excellent throughout. They were fully engaged, organised and efficient, warm and friendly. We did encounter some challenges with the sale but they dealt with them brilliantly. Their communication was always timely and they kept me fully informed throughout the process, consulting me as required and offering good advice when needed.
