Homebase - Newcastle Under Lyme レビュー 

Visited the showroom area to view the kitchen ranges before moving into a new home. The kitchen designer Mark was extremely helpful in talking through the styles and options that were on offer. From the measurements he created two printouts of what it could look like along with a quote. The service was friendly and great, will be back when I get the keys!

We purchased our kitchen from yourselves a few months ago and the experience as a whole was brilliant. We dealt with mark and he was an amazing help from start to finish!
He listened to our requirements and designed our dream kitchen around it. We are super happy with the end product and can’t thank mark enough! The kitchen its self is of brilliant quality and we would not hesitate to use your store again! We have actually sent multiple friends and family your way since. Thank you so much for your help

So on arrival the car park is horrendous so full of deep pot holes, enter the store abd it genuinely looks like is closing down. Purchased some own label tester paint pots only to find out the one we liked was discontinued, why sell them !!!! Tge staff look like they are of the set if worzel gummidge scruffy and untidy .
Homebase used to be a great place for DIY but it's gone down hill very quickly

I visited your store Saturday 16th March omg what amazing staff you have...Mark & Trish went above & beyond. I wanted some flooring but there wasn't enough in stock so Mark rang another store who had it in stock he kindly arranged for it to be sent to the newcastle branch.. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for your help..

We went out of our local area to use Homebase in Newcastle for a new kitchen as we liked the particular design of the House Beautiful kitchen range we chose and found the kitchen designer at Homebase so helpful and talented.
We had some clear ideas of what we wanted, and Mark accommodated that and our desired level of quality excellently. He also made very useful suggestions we would not have thought of ourselves, such as the brilliant corner cupboard. He went out of his way to be helpful, even checking up everything was going well around delivery time on his days off.
We are delighted with the kitchen, its usability and its looks. And would highly recommend using Mark as your kitchen designer.
We had the kitchen done a while ago but think it is good to live with it for a while to check it does not have glitches, and it has been great, a pleasure to use. We used a few of our own products and Mark was happy to incorporate them into the design, and to let us know what we needed to check so that they worked with the rest of the design. We think we got a very classy kitchen at a very reasonable price.

Mirror bought on line arrived quickly, well packaged in excellent condition and looked exactly as described.

Click and collect order was processed very quickly.

Three of the boxes of very heavy laminate flooring we went to pick up from the click and collect counter, were damaged - we took them back inside and asked to exchange them - very ‘grumpy’ ‘assistant’! Told us if there’s any left to swap them - no apology, no offer of help - I know chivalry is dirty word these days, but two middle aged women on their own, left to struggle? Come on folks you can do much better than that! no one feels offended by an offer to help surely!

Quick and efficient click and collect service

I ordered via click and collect 5 packs of tiles, which I duly picked up travelled 50miles to put tiles up only when I opened one pack did I find out I'd been given gloss white instead of Matt white tiles. Total waste of a day and diesel. Store exchange for correct ones when I took them back sameday

We were looking for wallpaper and saw some on the Homebase website. So we drove down to the Homebase store in Newcastle under Lyme to look for it, a journey of 45 minutes. When we arrived there was very little wallpaper in store, and none of the type we were looking for. We enquired at the customer services desk who said there would be none coming in, and were not very helpful. When we got back home we ordered two samples on line but were not happy at having to pay £6 delivery charge for two pieces of paper. We were told that delivery would be within 7 days. After 9 days we had still not received the samples and I had to chase them up. When they did arrive the postage cost as shown on the envelope was £1.52 (not £6).

Staff in store were fantastic and very helpful. Haven’t opened the rugs yet waiting for better weather
