Fraud during C-Virus Pandemic. Despicable! I ordered, paid, then they just dropped out of communication. Don't buy from this FAKE scam. Shut them down!

The home-goods website claimed it had toilet paper in stock and that it would ship within 24 hours. In addition they wanted an extra sixteen dollars for fast shipping. A week later the product had not even been shipped. Email to their customer service received an automated reply asking for a whole bunch of pictures of the product and ad on their website. Yes, in order to get customer service from this place you have to send them pictures of their own website!

Be very ashamed of yourselves!

I never was mistreated by a cashier wearing no uniform without a name tag and all I get from management was. Please come back again I will give you 10%off or so. I don’t care about discount. Really avoid going to a coral spring store

So once again I get home and an item I purchased has the PRICE STICKER right on the item where removing it leaves an ugly, sticky mess! They could put them on the packaging or even on THE BOTTOM where it would not matter but they continue to put them where it ruins the item. This is one of their plastic jewelry boxes and I cannot get off the goop and it looks awful. Now I have to return it.

First off, product selection is good, but good luck trying to locate matching items! Found a silk plant but needed two. Associate called a couple stores, thought she found another. Drove there, wrong! Not as described. Company does not have a merchandise locating service. Pretty much on your own. Getting help on phone is not very good either.

I had a surreal experience shopping here a couple of days after Christmas. Everything Christmas related was marked down 50% and I found some fun stuff on a display with food, including a giant individually wrapped Lindor chocolate. I come to find out at checkout the giant chocolate isn’t Christmas and yes, non sale stuff is often mixed in with sale stuff. The checkout lady was certain it wasn’t included in the sale. It seemed like it should be... what better time for a giant lindor chocolate than Christmas? I guess Valentine’s Day but none of that was up that I could see, certainly not in this display. I asked the other cashiers and they just wanted to stay out of it. I asked for the managers opinion and she stood by it not being a Christmas item...Its like they were telling me the earth is flat and wondering why I didn’t agree. There were multiple isles of clearance but I seemed to pick the one item that wasn’t included ... and it wasn’t the only one if it’s kind, there were 5-6 of them ... doesn’t seem like a good setup or way to handle it after, left a bad taste

My girlfriend ordered a bed for our dog and she never received it. When she contacted them they said that she must of made a mistake and ordered it with another company. She emailed them back the receipt that clearly stated that the purchase came from their company. They responded by saying they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. She has reached out to our bank "Navy Federal Credit Union" and they said they have had other fruadualent activity related with this company in the past!

Morale of the story is dont use this site.

I bought a beautiful comforter set & on the 2nd day, I noticed a huge tear on the end of the comforter. Then I realized that the packaging looked like it had a returned. Thankfully i know how to sew fabrics back together so it was fixable. What pisses me off is why would a company put a damaged product back on the shelf full price? What a total rip off!!

DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with them and after several weeks of emailing and calling them I never received my order. They constantly lied to me about when I could expect my order and would say they'd get back to me with information but never followed up. After a while I felt like they were stringing me along so I ultimately let them know that I would be contacting my bank to dispute their charge. That obviously didn't seem to phase them. Do they think that they can take a customers money without delivering the goods? Their business ethics are obviously very poor. Giving them 1 star is giving them too many stars.

II have been a frequent weekly shopper of Home Goods in North Conway, NH and realize some stuff is not the best quality, but this is beyond the pale. Purchase S.L. sheets and after 2 washing they are literally disintegrating. Called customer service escalation and they have the nerve to tell me they will accept return but only merchandise credit. I informed them this is not my policy and if I give you "good" money and you give me "junk" then I get my good money back. I will not be held hostage to any store and allow them to keep my money nor will I shop there any longer - I love Amazon!!

The price was the lowest we found on the interweb,delivered on the day they said .They were a bit late but the driver kept us informed and it wasn't a problem, and they removed all packing.Well it makes a refreshing change to get something when promised well done.

If you want to have an item delivered promptly at a great price look no further than these people, could not fault them

A Great price and with free delivery was even better. Called to let us know what day to deliver and then called again to let us know a 3 hour time slot which was amazing, so we didn't have to hand around at home. The drivers even called us 30-45 minutes before to let us know they were almost there. Delivery men were great, unpacked and placed the fridge freezer exactly where we wanted it an all great, would definitely recommend it and would use again

There service has been excellent. The fridge arrived faulty from the manufacturer, there was no hesitation in ordering another one. Good communication too.

I have to admit - I didn't get what I ordered. The item I ordered had been discontinued according to the vendor so I was offered the closest alternative for £10 more but still over £50 cheaper than anyone else so I accepted.
Delivery is quirky - money is taken immediately but delivery is not guaranteed and you have to sit and wait for a phone call to confirm when things are going to be delivered. If you phone before this you get told off!
All in its a small firm and not a large retailer so they've not got the slick service but they deliver themselves, the product was in tip top condition, I was phoned prior to delivery to confirm and my old appliance was removed quickly so I'd recommend HomeGoods again.
A little bit miffed that they still have the old appliance on their website and that they gave my email address to a third party without my permission though. One star off is for that.

Very good and professional service I cannot understand what went wrong - is this normal?

We got the delivery on the day I specified, although between 7 -9 a.m. meant an early rise. There was a problem but we were phoned that the delivery would be late.
The van men were helpful and took the old freezer as agreed. However, the new one has a scratch and a dent. We were having a new kitchen put in and the fitters needed to site the new freezer that day, so we accepted it and pointed out the damage.
WE ARE SURPRISED TO HAVE HAD NO COMMUNICATION FROM HOMEGOODS ABOUT THIS TO DATE and would appreciate an immediate response.

Haven't had the goods delivered yet, as we wanted to delay delivery. But the courier company contacted us within 2 days of ordering. So if anything goes wrong from this point, it won't be down to Homegoods, so I would have no hesitation in recomending them.
