The whole process was easy to manage. Good follow-up, delivery at a time to suit us, fridge-freezer delivered on time. I would definitely recommend and use Homegoods again.

I did some research into the best vacuum cleaner for my newly diagnosed dust mite allergy and the Miele S6240 got very good reviews. I also did some research on Homegoods performance and the reviews were good.
Ordering through the Homegoods website was easy and I requested delivery to my work as my wife and I work full time. Homegoods carried out a simple verification process to ensure that the the order was legitimate as the card and delivery addresses were different. I was told over the phone that the vacuum would be with me the next day. It was. Simple.

My order was acknowledged promptly. The sales document was issued soon after for my review and records.The change to the anticipated delivery date was communicated in advance, so that I was not inconvenienced. My email requesting information on warranty registration on the manufacturer's site was replied to quickly and the instructions given were exact; making the process easy.

Best price on the net by far, excellent free delivery.have not used hob yet still waiting for kitchen to be fitted. hovever, as long as it works which i am sure it will I could not be happier.

Placed my electrical order with this Company, and i recieved an email confirming my order within a short period giving me confidence. Homegoods then emailed me to explain that once the order had been dispatched they would contact me again to confirm the delivery date. They emailed me some days later, and my order arrived by their courier Federal Express the next day without any problems. Excellent Service I would have no hesitation is using their company again.

Ordered Sunday night, arrived Wed afternoon and beat target delivery of Friday. Good price, good communication throughout. Good service.

My vacuum arrived within 3 working days after ordering in good condition. It is an excellent product.

There was a small misunderstanding due to an automated email received after ordering which sent an 'Electronic Sales Document' with instructions to arrange a delivery date despite the 'ad' saying delivery within 2 -5 working days. It turns out this email does not apply to 'small items' such as a vacuum cleaner.

However, the email fails to mention it applies only to larger appliances where delivery dates and time slots are arranged and did cause confusion.

took delivery yesterday of Miele vacuum,&only 4days to wait as stated in "delivery info".I had not heard of Homegoods,was only by chance that i came across your website while searching for info on Miele hoovers.Not only did it cost a "great deal less" than any other retailer,arrived in perfect condition,on time&has been an easy smooth transaction all through.I will most certainly use Homegoods again&recommend to others.

There was a catch with my order in that it turned out not to be available from the manufacturers any more. However, Max at Homegoods got in touch and gave me a competetive price for the manufacturers latest version and got it delivered within a couple of days.
Apart from that slight irritation of being able to order an End Of Lined article in the first place, I was very pleased with the Homegoods responsiveness.

Even though we paid nothing extra for delivery, the new vacuum cleaner arrived at mid-day the next day with Parcelforce.

Bought an expensive dishwasher from this company at the best price I could find in the UK. Immediate contact to inform me that whilst the machine was fine the box was damaged and offered a small discount or simple cancellation as it was last in stock. Former accepted and delivery date agreed, machine arrived on time with 2 guys to carry it in and offer of inspection. Nothing more I could ask for from a supplier so 5 star for this transaction.

I had never heard of "Homegoods" before. However, they were great. My purchase was an excellent price and with me within two days of the order being placed.

Purchased a miele tumble dryer, order was processes rapidly and dryer delivered as agreed.

One small niggle. We wanted the t/d urgently. There was silence, then we received a letter by post saying they'd been trying to call me; but both mobile & landline showed no missed calls. Then took another 4 days to deliver. Frustrating.

But if the lowest price, would definately buy from them again.

I can thoroughly recommend this supplier. Excellent prices, outstanding service and a human voice at the end of the phone to help with any queries. Ordered our dishwasher on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Would definitely use them again.
